I can’t believe what a difference these vitamins made!!! I was having the worst hot flashes and then minutes later freezing! I woke up multiple times each night sweating. After two weeks of taking these, my hot flashes and night sweats have stopped completely! …4 months later….im back to having hot flashes. They aren't as bad as they used to be, but they are definitely there. Idk if the body goes in cycles, or if my body got used to these vitamins…hmmm…

I bought theses vitamins for my daughter who is having intense menopause symptoms. She told me she felt a difference in her symptoms in about two days. I'm not a big fan. I've been taking supplements for years and decided to try this one. I notice it does not help me sleep as well as other brands. I bit pricey... I found good relief with Walmart's brand of estroven and this is twice that cost. Easy to swallow, no after tastes or smell.

Before I purchased this supplement, I read all the reviews from other women who had used it. The reviews were positive, but it may work differently, better, or worse for me. I have been using this product for a few months and like it. I still get hot flashes at night, but the intensity has lessened. I still sleep with my trusty fan on, and during the night it turns on, then off, then on again, then off again, and so forth. Is there something that will make menopause better? No, but this supplement has definitely reduced the intensity and frequency of the hot flashes at night.

This stuff really works for hot flashes! I noticed a subtle difference in just a couple of days. My hot flashes were milder! After continued use they went away! I know it works because I forgot to take it for a little while and the hot flashes came back. I cannot believe it really works, but I am so glad it does.

I got these a few weeks ago and wanted to give them an honest go before I reviewed. Id been having pretty severe hot flashes at least 10 to 15 times a day everyday. Within a few days of taking these those numbers dropped drastically... now a month in...I cant remember the last hot flash I had. Its amazing. My mood is even and I feel good.
