Stomach burns
Noy sure what this is, but Iit doesn't seem to be natural ingredients like others that I have, and even though it tastes OK, I got a horrible burning sensation in my stomach!! I have shakes all the time and never have stomach issues, so I did a few things to see if it was something else causing the stomach pains, but it always came back to this....such a shame as its hard finding nice tasting shakes

Great taste
This is a great shake and I love the taste. I mix mine in a blender with ice and coconut\ almond milk 🥛.No after taste and blends smooth.

taste versus cost.
I bought this item because the brand i wanted i couldn't get, although this seems value for money, it all depends on individual taste , I found this brand to be slightly bitter , the caramel flavour seems as though it is burnt and somewhat overpowers any soft pleasant vanilla taste. But as stated, down to individual taste.

Pretty decent as a shake - but 10 grams makes for a good coffee creamer also.

Great product
The Keto Vanilla Shake tastes great . It is very easy to mix with anything. I put it in my hot and cold drinks.

No pain no gain?? Apparently 🙁
Although the tastes was surprisingly pleasent the instant pain in the gut is awful 2 of us are experiencing the same issues, as well as nausea but the pain is not healthy at all
