I really like the quality of the "Trusted Nutrients" brand compared to just about any other, but two things keep me from recommending their products:1) The price of their items has nearly doubled over the past year, making them a good value, but nowhere near the "great" value they once were.2) My wife and I tried several of their products (Raspberry Ketones, Green Coffee Bean, Garcinia Cambogia, Saffron extract, etc), but none really seem to do what they claim as far as boosting the metabolism or suppressing appetites. We both have average bodies (not overweight, but not skinny, either), exercise a couple times per week and do our best to maintain a fairly healthy diet. However, once we decided on a weight loss goal for ourselves, we sought a "natural" way to help boost our metabolism and/or suppress our appetites, both of which many of these products claim to do. Unfortunately, over nearly 5 months, we found that none of the various herbs or extracts made a difference compared to just regular exercise and dieting.If you insist on giving the herbs and extracts route a try, I highly recommend Trusted Nutrients for their quality and consistency, but don't be surprised if the products eat away at your wallet and fail to do as much as they claim.

I can say this seems to work 100%. If i take it in the morning when I wake up I can go several hours before eating if I just don't have the time or whatever the case might be. If I don't take it I get horrible sick pains in my stomach pretty quickly after I wake up and then at random times throughout the morning. In my perfect world this would last 5+ hours but in reality its around 2-3 but it certainly does work which is why I give it a 5 star rating. Besides working this is made with all natural ingredients with no fillers which is what has turned me on to this company with trying out many of their products.I have noticed less snacking and chocolate cravings during the day which eventually will result in long term weight loss. I am taking this in conjunction with trusted nutrients green coffee bean extract currently which is a fat burner. I have been using this for about a month. This is a capsule of normal size.

I bought a bottle of Pure Saffron Extract simply to increase my consumption of this health-promoting spice, not to lose weight. I'm not sure if it's the saffron or my whole foods, plant-based diet and daily green smoothies, but I feel the best I've felt in 8 years. I've been sleeping more soundly, yet need less sleep (7 hours is sufficient). I have more energy throughout the day and am more alert in general. Having fewer aches and pains and faster exercise recovery has been very noticeable. At 57 years old, I'm back to running 3 miles and going on multi-week backpack trips. I generally recover within a day instead of 2-3 days previously. That hasn't happened since I turned 50! I don't give all the credit to this product, and I know eating only plants has played a huge part, but I'm left wondering if the saffron finally pushed me over the proverbial edge into great health over the past few months while taking the saffron, versus good health without it. It certainly hasn't hurt!

I've had a few bouts of double vision over the past 10 years. Well I had one that was hanging on for a few months. About two weeks after starting this, it cleared up quickly and my general vision has improved. I do take two capsules twice a day.Appetite control, eh. Maybe some. It does relax you a but, thus may stop stress or anxiety eating.Look, there are so many paid and fake reviews that promote a product. Read up and be realistic. I like the results on my vision, so this is a keeper. You might want to look into hawthorn to go along with this. Thanks for reading.

so far so good. I've tried them all, raspberry ketones, green tea and the whole gamut of products on the market. These made me a little 'nervous' the first day like a caffein high, but there's no caffein in them, they are all natural. on the 2nd day I was amazed how they controlled my cravings. I have only been taking two a day as recommended and not quite a week, but from what I've read, this product is used for many amazing things so why not? There are warnings of overdosing but as long as you stick with the recommended dose of only two per day you would be fine.

I purchased this product for appetite suppression, but accidentally found something that works wonders for PMS. I'm a skeptic and would never have expected to find PMS relief from something like this, but the results are nothing short of amazing. When I realized that this stuff was helping more than just my appetite, I googled PMS and saffron and found research from reputable sources that affirms saffron as an effective remedy for PMS: [...] If experience PMS, this is definitely worth trying. It also does have an appetite suppressing effect.

I can't say it definitively curbs my appetite but it seems like it might be, some. I give it the benefit of the doubt at this point. Also, I received it on time, as promised. My only real issue is that this company has called my cell phone while I was at work and sent spam to my inbox. An order on Amazon doesn't equal permission for spam or telemarketing. I haven't really had that before with Amazon. Good products and/or service generate repeat business online, without those kinds of tactics.

Finally something that truly works without the jitters!! I've been searching for something to control my emotional eating for quite sometime now. I have to be careful as to what I take because I get anxiety attacks easily. This product is EXACTLY what I hoped it would be. Starts working with the very first capsule you take. It totally abolishes the urge to want to eat for comfort! I finally can see the light at the end of the tunnel and can have hope to lose this extra weight! Great Product!!
