These are a good value with how many you get. They are a larger size, comparable to other brands of fish oil I've tried, but for me they are not hard to swallow. No taste. I use the Subscribe feature that is available on these and love the ease of being able to have them arrive monthly. I've used for years and they have yet to disappoint.
