What I liked the most is I can charge it and not have to mess with replacing batteries. I bought another brand months ago - used once then went to use it again and it was dead. I looked at the battery instructions and there was a weird type of battery that I would have to send for. Too much work for the money. Pitched it and bought this one. Other point is the light is great. When you get older, it is harder to "see" and this works great. One final point - the cost was great. I used to pay $30 to have my brows and facial hair threaded. The cost adds up, including travel time and gas. With the pandemic - I can groom in the safety of my own home, save the money from services/gas/time spent. I don't have to travel anywhere. Glad I bought it. My husband can use it as well to trim his brows.

it's easy to use. It does a good job of removing facial hair. But the head of it popped off for no reason.

This product is trash. The heads don't click on it Truly is a waste of your money there is way more better products for way better prices than this one.

I have others that Do not have a charging cord. They work wonderfully for any facial or neck fuzz. I went over and over the same area and while it did not irritate my skin it did not remove the hair. And then the battery operated one without a cord I worked immediately. Returned!

I was looking for an alternative because waxing eyebrows nowadays can be so expensive and time consuming , I was very hesitant at first because I saw all the mixed reviews but my product came on time, in a nice package brand new looking. The smaller tip is great for the eyebrows and small hairs on the upper lip area. You really have to make sure your going against the way the hairs lay for it to really work I was able to shave and shape my eyebrows how I usually have them easily, id suggest drawing your eyebrows the shape you want and use it as a guide on when your shaving. The trimmer can be a little hard to get use to at first especially when you have to get the smaller hair under the eyebrow but getting it just in the right position for your hand , it'll work! I can honestly say I love this product and wont be wasting anymore time going to get my eyebrows waxed

I like built in light which helps to see better. The trimmer does what it’s supposed to. I like the size of it as well.

I like its look and is easy to carry and use. It actually works. I don't think there is anything I dislike about it. I also love the little pouch it comes with.
