Sea Creature Deck Playing Cards

Solid pack of cards with a great design. I am definitely buying more.

My wife is a huge fan of anything sea-related. I saw these cards and thought it would be a fun addition to poker night. I was super-hesitant with such a premium price at $15. I know I may be somewhat critical here, but for $15 I would expect higher quality card stock.I have put the cards against two other decks as a comparison. The black one is some cheap water-proof deck I got on amazon for $5 (which is surprisingly a great deck) and another premium deck I bought on amazon as well for $9.The Brian Vessel cards I used for 2 hands on poker night and they are already warping from a Vegas riffle shuffle, which is not an aggressive shuffle! After they separated I could no longer use them. I let them sit and packed them back down with weight on top of them and they still are warped. What a bummer. After 2 shuffles.In short. These use the SAME card stock on the free decks of cards that come with poker chip sets (the ones you throw away because they are cheap). If these were $5 I would review them much higher, but for $15!??? They must be paying some HUGE licensing fees to use Brian Vessels art work.For someone who is an extreme fan of the artwork maybe it is for you? If you plan to use these for poker night, these are not for you. These are for the casual player that feels the artwork is worth $15.I ended up giving 3 stars because it seems the most fair, for me they are a 1 star because I threw them away, but my review is based on the quality versus cost, at $15 I would think they could provide a higher quality card stock.

I don't like the feel or the handling. I'll stick with my Ravensburgers.

Excellent quality cards as with all the Bicycle brand. The illustrations are fantastic and fantastical. Absolutely love them, although sometimes my cribbage game is off due to me staring at the cards instead of concentrating on my strategy.

Amazing! I got these for my mom, who's a big fan of sea creatures, and she absolutely squealed in delight. Good thick cards, easy to shuffle, with exquisite art.

One of my best friends loves whales so I got him these as part of a Christmas present. The presentation with the canvas bag is really nice and the box and card art is just awesome. Perfect for the nautical lover in your life.

Beautifully designed. Study manufacture. Overall a great deck of cards. Seem like they'll last through lots of play.
