Incredible family and business.
I will look for the Sargento brand when purchasing cheese. The work ethic and family atmosphere are missing in many of today’s companies. I admire the Gentine family for making their employees a priority.

Interesting for anyone that likes history, entrepreneurship, or family companies
This company isn’t too far from where I live - an hour or so. It’s great to see the current generations still keep the family feel. It’s my understanding that by the fourth generation, or so, the family seems to lose really lose interest and great companies cease to maintain their once proud culture. Hopefully, Sargento continues to be a great place for its employees.

More companies should run like this one
This company has come a long way with many struggles to over come; and yet persevered through it all. There is something in this story for everyone that reads it. Faith, determination and loyalty are only a few of attributes. I loved every minute of the read. I had a hard time putting it down. You will enjoy it as well.

The story itself is amazing. If you didn't know you were reading a business memoir, it would be easy to believe you were reading a page turning novel. The writing style is very fluent and enjoyable to read. Excellent book. Thank you Tom for taking the time and effort to make Leonard's journey available to all. Mike

A really good book.
I've enjoyed reading and learning about the humble beginnings of Sargento. Well written book and a good story. A little "Cheesy" though! LOL!
