I purchased these for my husband in 4/2021. The rivet that held the tongs together broke 8/2021. But the company replaced it after I messaged them on Facebook about it, the process was effortless, and the replacement came quickly.Update as of 6/2022 the replacement tongs are in great condition and we are still VERY happy with our purchase!! Very impressed with this set! Very thick. When the manufacture puts a built in bottle opener on the spatula AND has a lifetime warranty then you know you'll never have an issue from this set. It's truly the last set you'll buy....unless your neighbor gets jealous and steals them & you have to buy another one....Also, what a better way to show your support those in the armed forces!!

They are of a good quality metal. Their 18 inch length help me reach the back of the grill without risk of burning a hand. The tongs work fine and the curved teeth grip well. The spacula has a nice tapered end to lift meat off the grates. I would highly recommend this product

We loved this set SO much we’ve now purchased two total - one for our house and one as a gift! Incredibly solid - love that the tongs do not bow or bend when picking up heavy food - this was great!!! We will probably gift more! So worth the buy.

Tong broke after 2 weeks

I freaking love these! They are beyond tools! Very solid construction. I also love how true the tongs are when closed, and how wide they open.Very happy with the purchase, will likely buy another set or two, to give as a gift.

First off, these are solid, beefy and built well. I keep these hung next to my grill outdoors in Phoenix and they have had no issues minus some breakdown of the rubber on the tongs which is expected in that setting. I reached out to them and they mailed a new set next day. Solid service and a solid product. I won’t hesitate to gift these for the next appropriate occasion because they put make other grill tools feel like toys.
