Bought this with hopes that it would help my shoulder and neck discomfort that seems to come and go. I use it laying down across my shoulders and neck and it feels amazing. Not too much pressure and it's not loud at all.

Love it definitely work out back and neck crooks! Only downfall is that’s had to be plugged in at all times for it to work so you gotta travel with the cord around the house. But it works like a dream !!!

It performs as expected. I’ve had it for two weeks now. This was an early Mother’s Day gift from my children. Durability is a 10 out of 10. Value for your money for sure.

the massager was great for the first 1-2 months. everyone loved it, it really helped release neck tension and pain. it seemed durable enough to last but after about 2 months now it just turns off automatically after about 10 seconds of being on. after trying to readjust the cord and plugging it back in multiple times it still does the same thing. i’ve found that sometimes it works fine if i hold the cord at a certain angle but it’s just too annoying to have to find that perfect angle position and then i accidentally move my arm so it shuts off so i have to find another perfect angle and repeat the process and then im just annoyed and don’t even want to use it anymore.

I didn't notice it wasn't wireless, that it's a plug in. It's not much of a problem though, it forces you to sit and relax. It helped my back pain within 10 minutes. I like that you choose the pressure based on how much you tug. My abuela tried it and absolutely loved it that I bought another the same day mine was delivered. I haven't tried the heating yet.
