I needed a rod for my butterfly grow light. It didn't have one and wooden skewers weren't going to last. I have been experimenting with different methods of growing vegetables and plants and using solid brass does benefit their growth. I measured the hole on the light, carefully, ordered the rods, and they fit perfectly.

Came quickly and were sized correctly.

These were solid brass rods, exactly what I needed!

These are solid brass, and a great price. But they are slightly larger in diameter by a millimeter or so (7/64") so I can't use them for my intended project. I was going to return them, but then realized I can use them for another project. Just be forewarned that if you need exactly 3/32", these are not your rods.

I typically buy my 1/8 brass rod from home depot in 36 inch lengths. I found this product and I won't be buying from big box stores anymore! This is so much more material with a way better initial finish for a way better price! Will be buying again!

This package of 4 brass rods arrived promptly after ordering in perfect condition. They are perfect for use as rivets to attach rosewood to the handle of a stainless steel chef's spoon. I will find uses for the others as they look great to decorate various things needing highlights.
