Had for just over a month. Used only at work but it was difficult to open, the light stopped working about 2 weeks ago and not it completely stopped working at all. Wouldn't recommend purchasing. Spend your money on something more dependable.

  This adorable little USB powered humidifier/nightlight has begun to serve several purposes for our family. First, our little ones have allergies and asthma and we have found this to be perfect to help provide extra, more concentrated moisture to the air right next to one of the especially congested kids, by placing this on her nightstand. We use a one of our usb phone charger bases plugged into the wall in order to power it and the humidifier runs (whisper quiet as you see in the video) until the water is gone and then shuts off automatically! That is perfect for us because the extra "nightlight" quality helps our little one drift off to sleep but then later the room is more appropriately dark for sleep.That same, extra congested kiddo asked one day if we could try taking the humidifier in the car with us for our long trips to the hospital. We have to drive 2-3 hours each way several times a week for the hospital. She rides in the 3rd row of our Suburban and there is a perfect little "ledge" right next to her to hold this cute little gizmo and one of our battery chargers. We gave it a try and it was terrific! We are running the heater most of the time right now and it makes the air fairly dry, so having that extra burst of moisture near her helps her nose stay clear.My husband also took this to his office one day on a non-hospital day (woohoo! those are GOOD days for us!) and soon people were asking what it was called and how to get one! He plugged it into his laptop for power and it just misted away, helping to keep his personal air space humidified and feeling fresh.The unit comes with: - The 2 piece acrylic orb - 2 filter sticks (and the piece that holds the filter stick in place) - a power cord that consists of a USB cableIn the video it looks like I am having trouble putting the top on the bottom, but I am standing at a funny angle to assemble the unit. I almost never have difficulty putting them together, as it is very simple.Pros: - Attractive design (kids call it their little Alien friend, but it is also a simple design that looks nice in my husband's office or in our living room, where we commonly use it) - Surprisingly QUIET...like whisper quiet - Powerful mist from this tiny little orb! - Convenient to fill, since it easily goes to the sink for fill up - Portable - Automatic shut off - Soothing nightlightCons: - It would be nice if the unit itself had microUSB connection in it, as that is a little more universal (rather than a pin connection to USB cord) I just worry we will lose the cable since we travel with it.****Please note that this is a humidifier and NOT a diffuser for essential oils. HUMIDIFER PURIFIER COOL AIR MIST DISPENSERThis is one very interesting and powerful little unit. Soothing colors to relax you while your working at computer or bedtime. Keeps you nasal passages open with heat of winter. So compact and small that you'll be able to travel with, fits in palm of your hand or purse. Connects to computer or any unit that has cell phone type (USB power source) charger.The Crystal Night Light Air Humidifier is great for me. It has enough power to put out a mist of moisture through the day or night that I'm not all congested from the dry heat. My wood burning stove takes it toll on my nasal passages. Even people that have any type really dry heat could and would like this. It would benefit your health. This also has a filter on the inside. The company adds a extra one for later use. I'm using bottled water in mine but the filter will help if your not able to use that. The tank holds 120ml of water.The crystal ball (it what I call it, so cute) is so relaxing for the colors. I picked green but it comes in three colors. The green is so calming to my nerves while I'm at the computer. I plan on the purchase of a blue one for my night stand at bedtime. You can decide on pink, blue or green. The mist that it provides rises about 5" above unit. I've been entertained by watching that. I find myself just watching it and 20 minutes has gone by. It takes my mind off of things.The acrylic that is used in making these is of good quality. The company has poured it into a mold that made a good design. It's thickly poured and not cheap look of a plastic. It really looks like a nice piece of crystal. Just like to title of it says. I received this humidifier and plugged it in to my computer. I have been sick with a cold and the doctor told me to use a humidifier. I have one in my bedroom to use while I sleep but it's a pain to move back and forth when I am in the living room later in the day. This solves the problem. I plug it into the computer and have an instant humidifier. Not lugging the big one back and forth.It provides a good amount of mist and I actually like the night light feature. You can use the night light without the mist so I plan on moving this to my son's room when I now longer feel I need the humidifier function.It was actually a little smaller than I expected but it really does the job.I received this product in at a discount or in exchange for an honest and unbiased review. This is been a fun product experience. First thing you should know is this is not an oil diffuser. It is a humidifier. Stupidly I thought it was an oil diffuser. So I added oil to it and I broke it. Not knowing it was not an oil diffuser I contacted the seller. This seller worked with me and give me my refund even though he knew I accidentally broke it. I think it would work great if you did not add oil in it. I love the ball shape and I love the color on top. My favorite color is green so I got the green one. Sadly I had to throw mine away but if I got the chance to get another one I would totally get it and use it correctly this time. The seller worked with me and I'm very thankful for that. Thank you.
