Meh...
Never having had cats before, or anything other than a leather collar for our shepherds, this was really just a trial thing. Well, you get what you pay for, i guess. While they're still on their necks, and the adjusting does work, the nylon has frayed to the point where my cats look like jesters. Anytime they scratch their necks it gets worse. I've trimmed the excess and it's better for a minute...Also, the snap is reeeaaallly hard to get off. If you have nails, ladies, get your menfolk to help. It's a tiny little square you have to press down and slide out; I'm talking about .25". Once on there, well, just make sure it fits the first time. The little bell, which I thought would be annoying as hell, is not as loud as others I've heard...so I left them on. It helps the birds and the humans spot these camouflaged little beasts!Bottom line: I'll be searching for some buckled, leather collars in the near future. I figure these will last another 3-4 months.

It was ok, but the cat worked out how ...
It was ok, but the cat worked out how to take advantage of the breakaway feature very early on. It never really clips back the same way once it's been snapped open. We ended up putting a bell on a small dog collar for her because she's a sneaky jerk who specializes in stealth attacks.

Did not save the birds
We wanted a collar with sound to save the birds but not dinging like crazy with the cats every step. Well the sound obviously did not help the last bird. On the positive side it is the only collar that has lasted more than 2 months without coming off.

Frayed and tightened itself...
Bought this to have the bell since my cat wants to run outside all the time now. Well, she got the bell off within two days...and today I was petting her and I noticed that it had gotten way too tight around her neck - and no, she hadn't gained any weight. Also it had either caught up a bunch of fur, or she had scratched and frayed it...it looked like a lion mane. She's a lot happier now that the tight collar is off of her.

Not cat proof
An okay collar. Jinx likes the bell so he keeps trying to get it. The collar got fuzzy in a matter of hours.

Nylon Cat Collar
The collar is exactly as advertized. I was able to adjust it and put it on my cat. My only problem is my puppy. He apparently doesn't think the kitten should have a collar on and has removed it several times. The quick release really does work.

STAY AWAY FOR YOUR CAT'S SAFETY!!!!
I cannot really emphasize enough how away you should be of this product! It seems a really good quality product, I bought several for my cats but then after a couple of days I noticed that the cats that were not used to a collar, they will tend to scratch their necks with their paws since they feel there is something around their neck. As soon as they start scratching, the nylon will start to tear apart due to the nails then you can notice how the nylon will start to wear off,(this is not the main issue), the real issue is that since the collar is basically a net of nylon threads, the continue pulling of the threads made by the nails will start to shrink and little by little the collar will start to get tighter around your cat's neck. Then, they will actually scratch even more since the collar is little by little tighten around the neck. If you remove the collar you will notice that from one side it is now shorter and it is impossible to make it go again to the original shape.. I am attaching a picture for your reference. I then decided to remove it and be away from nylon collars...
