How do I join the two runner bars to prevent the door from jumping on the joint?

Were do I place the bolts? I got four bolts and if I follow the instructions i have no means on securing the middle of the two rail bars?

Does the door lift of the rails? Can the door be locked?

How do you secure the rail to the wall? The spacer & screw I can see but there’s a 3rd item I’d suspect would be a wall plug but none are provided.
