Special needs possibly normal babies nope.
If you don’t have a TV and possibly live in Africa then these might work but I have no idea where these are now. Which means they had little effect on my child and didn’t work. However with a special needs child this might be just the ticket but for a normal child no

not what I thought
The card is fairly big (double/twice the size of pocker cards). But the quality is very so so. The paper was not hard enough so a young baby can easily destroy them. I had to constantly hold them in my hands and cannot allow my 8 months old son touch them. The print seemed basic. This is much more expensive than the other flash cards and I'm disappointed with what I received.
