I like this hose despite it almost hitting my shower valve handle due to it's length. But my wife wanted a removable handshower for easier cleaning of the jet tub nozzles and inlet, so that's what I bought for her. Easy to install and love the quality, functionality, and flexibility. And it certainly should last the 20 years I am looking for!!!

I ordered this to replace a 5’ one. This was well-packaged and easy to install. It arrived quickly, and I would not hesitate to order another one if I ever needed it. I used painter’s tape to cover the nuts where the wrench went in order to protect it from scratches, and then removed the tape after installation. Took 10 minutes to do start to finish.

I had ordered the Awaken Handshower Kit G110 2.0 from the Kohler Store, and while waiting for delivery, i read some reviews online saying they cheaped out on their hose in the kit. So i found a very good warehouse deal on amazon, couldn't even find any imperfections when it arrived. Comparing both in hand, there is no doubt the Master Hose in metal is better, in quality and the way it hangs from the bar to the elbow. The rubber one curls like you would imagine. At least now i have a backup hose, but i much prefer this master hose.
