The product itself is pretty good and in very good working order after nearly 3 years. I recently needed a replacement trimmer attachment, which I broke myself, and the company (FanFan1112) provided it without any hassles. Excellent service.

I’m seeing quite a few bad reviews for this little trimmer, but honestly, I’ve had it over a year now and it’s always worked perfectly for me.The charge on my unit lasts a long long time. So much so that I keep mislaying the charger cable.The attachments cover everything. There really is no hair this thing can’t deal with.I’ve never seen a need to clean it under water, so can’t comment on issues with that. At this price I don’t think I’d chance it. It comes with a little cleaning brush that does the job once used regularly.My only issue with it is the plastic comb heads. I’ve broken the retaining clip on a couple… my own fault for snapping it on in a hurry… and I don’t see any way to get replacements.Other than that it’s one of the best little gadgets I’ve bought.I would highly recommend it from my personal experience.

My Wahl beard trimmer gave up and I searched buying a replacement for about 2 days and I came up with this as the most suitable for my needs. I don’t intend to use it as a hair trimmer but you never know in these strange times. On opening the box, it looked pretty solid, in fact I thought it was made. Of stainless steel but alas, no, it was made of plastic. It felt good in my hand. My beard is very thick and it trimmed it with no problems whatsoever. I did find changing the heads a little difficult to start with but after a couple of changes it was fine. I find the timer does not give a true reading. I timed my beard trim and it was 5 minutes and the timer said 9 minutes. The nose trimmer was fine and the close shaver was really good. It is a bit of a pain having to charge it with usb as my old trimmer just went into the 2 pin socket in the bathroom, so it was on charge all the time. Saying that, I will not need to charge it for at least 6 beard trims so not really a problem. All in all, I would say that it is better than my Wahl trimmer and would recommend this. Saying that I have bearly had it a week, so anything could still go wrong with it.

Have had this since middle of March and used it on a regular basis my hair was like a mop and it handled it perfectly the shaving attachments and the beard trimmers are fantastic I would highly recommend this item if anything it could only be improved with more attachments for hair cutting especially if you only wanna take a little bit off but overall fantastic product and battery life last long time only charged once in 2 months

The product is nice, lovely LED display and good for the money, neat packaging and cuts well.I dropped it once though and it stopped working, I was going to just scrap it as I was so unhappy but I disassembled it and soldered the battery strap back on and away it went. Bottom line for me is the build quality is lacking, just use a battery cradle or proper connecter, any one who quality assures this product should have known this would break the solder or tiny sheet of metal from board to battery.. basics gone wrong other than that its a good shaver.Note I dropped it on lino not a hard floor or tile so it will break if dropped most occasions in my opinion. P.s. I work in quality assurance and am a time served auto technician so I am not just spitting bull here

Delivered fast and efficiently.Product is really easy to use and all blades are smooth and sharp which make trimming beards effortless.All attachments are quick and easy to take on/off which is great.Better life - I’ve only charged this once and so far it’s lasted about 2 months (using it at least 20-30 mins every week). Battery indicator lets you know how much battery is left which is helpful.

The trimmer now has multiple problems - initially I was able to live with them, but now the trimmer is unusable, within just a few months of purchasing.The number display has stopped working properly. It doesn't charge properly - it gets to ?9 then stops - the first digit doesn't display properly any longer, so I have no idea whether it's a 0, a 9 or something else, despite hours of charging.The unit does not turn on, and if I can get it to turn on (after repeated attempts), it doesn't then turn off - suggesting the button or the control board is faulty.Three of the teeth broke off the cheap plastic blade guard over a period of a few weeks, so I had to buy a replacement pack of guards to get the size I use.The item is simply not fit for purpose. Highly NOT recommended.

Ive used this beard trimmer a few times now and I must say, this is the best one so far. My past two trimmer has been Wahl beard trimmers and tbh they were not on the same level as this product. The battery life is excellent, unlike my last Wahl trimmer which wouldn't even last 10minutes. The product is great for long and short beards and for the most part the trimmer is very sharp for when you want to do small details on your beard such as shaping the mustache. IT comes with a range of add-ons so you can distinctively choose your preferred style. I would definitely recommend this product rather than spending stupid money on brands like Wahl and others.
