Dubl Duck Economy 10" Curved Dog Grooming Scissors

I didn't realize I guess, just how these sissors were measured. They're bigger then I thought they'd be. They work, but a bit clunky because of the size. So if you're looking for large scissors these are them.

I first received a pair of these Dubl Duck Shears when I began my current job in a grooming salon. We have groomers, and we have bathers. Bathers are not allowed to groom dogs, but we do trim up paws, paw pads, toe hair and hocks. These shears are very good for those areas, but I would NOT recommend these for all-over haircuts. Invest in a better pair if that is what you are purchasing shears for.If you are looking for a shear for light use on your dog or cat, these are it. Great for German Shepherds, Huskies, Labs, Newfoundlands, Great Pyrenees, Golden Retrievers, Shelties, Collies, Border Collies, or any dog that has toe/pad hair and scraggly hocks. These will also work for smaller breeds, but if you're a beginner, I'd recommend learning with a smaller shear first.Overall, great product. My first pair were used for about 3-4 years, 2 of those with me. They only needed one sharpening, but again, I only used them for light use. I would suggest buying finger guards/pads with these if you're not male, or have very thick fingers.

Definitely cheap. They are hard to open and close. But they cut.

They cut hair awesome!! Really love them and for the price they are a pretty good deal!

Doesn't work on my poodle or bishon. Won't cut the hair. Dull and heavy to hold. Had it sharpened to no avail. Bad purchase.
