Fabulous TV
Fabulous TV.. Got what I was looking for.. Only problem is that no Audio for some of the MKV video files.. but this is understandable..

Good Experience
Never thought of buying a TV through Amazon. It was a good experience though. Bought it during covid times and the service of Amazon, delivery with the service executive everything was good. Overall a satisfactory experience, it also came slightly cheaper than the showroom price.

It's USP is the picture quality~brightness, color gamut which is on par with Bravia series in its price segment. Bluetooth Remote too is handy for the usage.

Amazing
Best 43 inch 4k led tv if you ask me. Using it as a pc monitor.

Long term review after 1 year usage
I am using this TV for the last one year and so far no issues. Picture quality is great so much that sometimes movie frame feels like 3D. Sound quality is decent and smart features like smartview, voice command and screencast work seamlessly. Only that I am not able to install any android apps on Tizen OS. The remote is smooth. However, now we have QLED TVs available in this price segment, so those might be better options.

Not happy with product and amazon return policy
After purchasing this product and using for a week, came to a conclusion that its not a great choice. Picture quality not as great as expected from device with PQI - 2800. Airtel & Samsung engineers tried configuring in multiple visit but not much luck. Price: Amazon listed price is 2k higher than price offered on Samsung site. Amazon policy: Requested Amazon to return this and send another TV from Samsung only, but they denied saying their policy not allow this. They can only replace this with same product that too with engineer fault report within 10 days of delivery. This looked like a trap, since you purchased this you are bound to keep this. Picture quality and similar features available in below TV of bigger size and same price: Samsung 138 cm (55 Inches) Wondertainment Series Ultra HD LED Smart TV UA55TUE60AKXXL (Titan Gray) (2020 model) Not happy with the purchase and Amazon policy.

Defective set delivered
A defective set was delivered , a samsung engineer could not fix it , subsequently amazon engineer came and registered it as a hardware defect . Still awaiting replacement or refund.
