Randomly stopped working today. No physical damage to the watch. Just stopped working.

From the very start of my husband purchasing this Fitbit Smart watch/fitness tracker from Amazon, for my birthday (he ended up giving it to me early) I've had problems with the molded band. After a week or so I noticed a rash developing under the band, all the way around my wrist. I tried putting tissue under the band, etc to keep the band from coming into contact with my skin. After a week of frustration with this method, not working, I realized I might be allergic to the band. So I started looking for a hypoallergenic band. I found a pretty faux pink leather band and ordered it, also from Amazon. My husband put the new band on. At first, it seemed to take care of my skin issue but within 30 minutes one side of the band fell out of the holder. My husband tried and tried to reattach the band without success. I now decided I needed to go to another big box store and purchase a leather band, thinking the pink faux band was inferior. Within 30 minutes of the store staff member installing it for me. This one fell off, too; became unattached. I return to the store right away and the clerk told me that my particular fitbit smartwatch/tracker was of inferior quality and that I should return it to my original store of purchase. Note: I have been wearing one style or another of Fitbit smartwatch/tracking devices, since 2014. I have always used with the original composite bands and Never had an issue before this time. My husband also wears a Fitbit product because Fitbit always stands behind their product. I'm extremely frustrated, that because I bought this product in late August, Amazon will not replace it. If I had purchased it now they would replace an inferior product up to and including January 31, 2023. We will never purchase from this vendor again in the future, as they won't stand behind their product. We still believe that Fitbit makes a superior product, over the competing brands. I'm extremely disappointed!!

Love my Fitbit, let’s me know my heart, walking, timer, sleep, texts. This is the second one I have bought.

First let me say I am moderately tech smart. I can usually figure things out in time. Although I am almost 70 I think I have tried to keep up and still buy things that might be challenging. And yes this watch was in the beginning. It would not load all the features at first. So when I went online to read reviews and get help I followed what everyone had done and got almost 100% of the features to work. It paired with the app on my phone but I could not get the phone to show when it rings or sync the exercise. However it did track my steps accurately and my sleeping and I could add the rest on the app. Then it stopped synching and doing anything. Which is what I read online.....However when I restarted it - then everything worked..Lo and behold - I love it now and am very happy with it. Have had it for 2 months and even if I have to restart it here and there I use all the features and am so glad I persevered and kept the watch. I think fitbit has one of the best tracking of all the brands I have tried. Also the battery lasts longer than I thought it would - I can get almost a week out of it before charging if I want to, But I charge sometimes when I shower and that is more than what it needs because it charges so quickly

To start, totally worth the money, data is incredible, comfortable to wear, charges fast. I’ve had a heart condition ever since an accident at 17 damaged my heart. I’ve been fine until recently, so I decided I wanted a fitness tracker to help me get back in shape and avoid stronger meds. I was going to get an Apple Watch but I was worried that I’m already far too “connected”. I thought that because it was an Apple product it would probably pair better to my iPhone, but I hated the idea of one more notification from my overflowing apps. I know I can turn those off, so in the end it was the Firbit’s long battery life and sleep tracking that sold me. It’s not super intuitive to set up but once I was in I was hooked on the metrics. I bought the premium subscription so I could access the extra sleep data which tracks O2 and heart rate. It’s AMAZING. This thing monitors everything. And if you’re dedicated enough to enter food and water intake, and start and end workouts rather than simply allowing it to auto-detect them, the data output is really enlightening and fun to analyze. I feel like I’m hacking my body. The battery life does reduce to a couple of days if you opt for always-on display. It charges to 100% in about 30 minutes so that isn’t a problem. I hear the Apple takes all night to charge. Also FitBit Versa doesn’t reply to texts, which is fine for me because I prefer not being connected that way. Also the feel of the band is really nice. I’m extremely happy with this product and would highly recommend it.

Have worn almost solid for 2 months only charging whilst taking a shower (or when I forgot to put back on a few times). I bought one for my wife and 'got one for myself'. I have become healthier and wearing Smart watch has been contributor. It provides some good add-on's/apps as a bonus. I don't really like that some health reporting from data is paywalled behind Fitbit premium service. This really should be included as standard and price bumped a little. Watch is easy to wear and looks good.

Die Smartwatch hat ein schönes OLED Display, einen ziemlich genauen Pulssensor (der bei HIIT manchmal Probleme hat mitzuhalten), sehr gutes Schlaf tracking, integriertes GPS, für mich alle notwendigen Trainingsmodi, gute Akkulaufzeit (4+ Tage) und alle wichtigen Apps. Sie besteht aus einem Aluminium Gehäuse und Glass, die mitgelieferten bänder sind sanft (Ich empfehle dennoch die Sportbäder von Fitbit) und sie fällt beim tragen kaum auf. Auf Nachrichten kann man mit seiner Stimme eine Antwort diktieren und Google Assistant is auch nützlichz, der Lautsprecher ist OK. Wenn Mann eine fitness Smartwach sucht kann ich die Versa 3 nur empfehlen.

I upgraded from a Charge 2 to the Versa 3. I love this watch! It is so much more comfortable than my previous watch. I found the that watch face of the Charge 2 dug into my skin because the back of the watch wasn’t flat. The back of the Versa 3 is flat and is super comfortable. The only complaint is the wristband which I find can irritate my skin after a few days (no different that any other Fitbit watch. I have purchased a leather strap, that should arrive in the next couple of day which I know will solve the problem). The battery life is wonderful and I love the new charger. With the Charge 2 I was constantly checking the connection to make sure that it was charging properly. With the magnet with the Versa 3, I know that it is charging right away. The functionality of this watch is great. It was an easy set up with my Fitbit app. I was a little concerned about the size of the watch because I have a very small wrist. It fits perfectly. I know that some people have complained about the button function but I have had no issues with it. It took some getting used to but once I found the spot to press it works every time. I also love that this watch is water resistant. While I haven’t tried swimming with it on yet, I love that I no longer have to take off my watch while washing the dishes or cleaning the bathroom for fear of getting my Fitbit wet (which I had to do with the Charge 2). Overall, I highly recommend this watch.

El reloj es bonito, me gusto mucho, para mi que solo hago gimnasio esta perfecto, la medición de calorías, sueño, pasos, etc, se me hace bien. se sincroniza bien con el celular aunque si se desconecta mucho, no se si sea culpa de mi cel, que es un Xiaomi mi note 10 o sea el reloj, pero la conexión la retoma rápido, Me llegan todas las notificaciones de las aplicaciones que elegí, eso es configurable, para las personas que dicen que no llega todo, si llega, solo hay que configurar desde la aplicación. Puedes contestar llamadas, no realizarlas. Se me hace practico porque cuando haces ejercicio tienes las manos ocupadas, aunque tengas el cel al lado. He visto que publican que almacena música, no he encontrado como, pero tampoco me he puesto mucho en eso. La batería me dura aprox 4 días, lo cual esta bastante bien. Lo compramos en amazon porque en mercado libre estaba agotado, pero se tardaron bastante en enviármelo. No me parece que sea precisamente barato, esperemos que dure, la pantalla esta muy expuesta para los accidentes.
