JuzoBasic 4411ag 20-30mmhg Thigh-High Open Toe Compression Stocking,Beige,1 (I) Regular

I have used Juzo for years and this latest pair I received makes me wonder if quality has declined considerably. My former pair started to lose compression after many years so I decided to get another one here. One of the stockings I received had a band that was sewn on haphazardly -I am hoping it will last, and the very same stocking also has multiple tiny has elastic bands dangling on the heel area. These were shipped directly from Juzo, so the seller I bought them from definitely is selling a genuine product. I let Juzo know about this, and was disappointed with their customer service response. They told me those were finishing seams on the heel that could be pulled out, and I can assure you they are not. They are elastic pieces which already are undone for some reason. If I were to try pulling them out the heel is going to be damaged. I have to wear these continuously after getting treatment for spider veins so I can't just send it back first without getting another one. Plus Juzo shipped it directly from their warehouse so I thought they would be accountable. I sent another email to Juzo, attached two pictures, and all I got was radio silence. I am thinking of trying another brand after being a loyal Juzo customer for a long time. They are not cheap, they should have come in perfect shape and last longer.

Juzo compression stockings are mostly well made. I've ordered multiple times and most have faired well. However, one pair developed what seems like spontaneous holes/runs as I put them on the very first day.I wear the same weight compression stockings every day, do I am well versed at how to put my open for thigh highs on. My best guess was this one pair was a "lemon" and I am glad other pairs have with stood useage soooo much better. Still hard to swallow the loss at more than $65 a pair. I still prefer Juzo Basics and will continue to expect quality in this product.

I had tried the fancy "naturally sheer" compression stockings with the fancy top band. I punched a hole in the stocking on the second time I wore them, and the fancy silicone top band, got little tears in the silicone and pricked the back of my legs, drove me crazy! However the silicone dot band works woderful! The silicone hasn't broken and is smooth on the skin, the stockings are not quite so sheer, but so far, I haven't punched through any of them.

I ordered these socks because my doctor suggested I buy some for a week long trip of driving. I never wore compression socks before so I thought they would be uncomfortable, but surprisingly these were not. I do agree with another reviewer that the toes are somewhat big but that didn't really bother me because I liked the extra space and they didn't hurt with shoes on. I liked these socks and will wear them whenever driving or standing again for long periods. I recommend them to others.

My lymphedema swelling starts in my mid abdomen and goes all the way down to my feet. These stockings are soft, comfortable and provide good compression to help the swelling. They are true to size, I am 5'2, 130 lbs and the size II is a perfect fit. I would definitely recommend these.

I have been wearing stockings for 15 years and this is the first time I've ever had a hole in them so quickly. I have worn them less than 10 times and I use special gloves to put them on. It may have been a bad pair because I have used this brand before.

I like the hose alot. My only complaint is that they are not quite as long as I had hoped. But I have very long skinny legs, I thought the large would be long enough but I really need about 2 or 3 more inches in length. Otherwise, I love them.

I have tried other brands and always go back to these. They stay up , last a very long time( I care properly for them ). I wear them everyday for many years. I use them for lymphedema in my legs.
