PropperTactical Duty Belt

Solid single-weave nylon belt. Composite buckle is lightweight and holds the webbing without looping the material through the buckle a second time. Have only worn the belt once so far but my concerns with the buckle holding tension are gone.

I rated it for the money. It does work well and holds my gear and doesn't loosen. I like that it is light weight and looks good. The only negative is like others have said, it is hard to tighten tight. When you carry gear (weapon, spare mag, keys, etc.) and don't have a big butt, a belt needs to be really tightened down and while it can be done, it's not as easy as it should be.

I bought this belt for two reasons; one, I wanted an "all plastic" belt because we were travelling internationally and I wanted to avoid having to remove my belt at each security check. It was perfect for this. Second, I wanted a durable and semi-rigid belt for my hiking pants that would not loosen up. It also worked perfectly in that regard. If there was a 4.5 star rating I'd have gone higher than 4. The only reduction in score comes from the fact that I found it hard to tighten. You have to pull the loose end of the belt back out of the buckle to be able to pull it tighter and, once in place, hold it with one hand while pulling it back through the buckle with the other hand. The pay off is that once you have it where you want it, it will not slip.I wear 36 waist jeans so I bought the 36-38 belt and it was about perfect. If you got one that was longer, however, you'd have no trouble at all to cut it off to a desired length and apply a little heat to slightly melt the end to prevent fraying. Good belt. Buy it.

Fits well, weight and stiffness is good for use as a pants belt. If for a holster or other heavy items you will likely need a thicker, sturdier belt.

Had one for 2 years and love it. I needed a slightly longer belt, but the next jump up from a 34 is a 38 which is a way too long.It would be nice if they had a size in between a 34 and 38, perhaps a 36.I still love this belt more than any others. The nylon is very thick and sturdy. For $10 it's a great buy. The plastic buckle is strong and has never failed me. And I like that it is infinitely adjustable and doesnt use holes.

Not quite what I was expecting, though perhaps that is my fault for not understanding the type of material being used. The material is very tough, almost like stiff plastic. I purchased it for typical belt purposes and it does meet that goal, hence my three star rating. However I found the belt very difficult to tighten fully, and when it's fully adjusted the buckle kind of sticks out. It doesn't lie flat against the material and sticks out somewhat noticeably. Overall I found the quality and appearance to be somewhat cheap and I wouldn't personally recommend it for a normal wear.

I am wearing this with all my casual pants now. Not fancy, but things just stay put with this belt!

Great belt. Works great as under belt for utility belt.
