3-PIN and needed Rubber Grommets
Fans give off a nice red glow. I gave four stars instead of five because screws were noisy and ordered rubber grommets to reduce noise and vibration. I also ordered these under the impression that all 4 fans were 4-pin when they are actually all 3-pin. They all work and so far all I hear is air movement with the rubber grommets.
