Even worst..
From the moment I opened the box, this item was allover the place as far as its readings. I understand it said this is for personal use only. So I checked my own pulse and O2, which normally is 96-98 with 82-86 bps. Numbers were inconsistent every time I took another reading. It also take some time to get the reading... I'm a therapist and decided to take it to work to try it on my patients. Even worst...because of cold elderly hands I couldn't get the reading...and when I did it was so off I couldn't believe it. I double checked with professional oxy meter which only confirmed the bed readings.I decided to return it and just then I find out that one can't return an open item. They company gave my a hard time testing my abilities to check an O2 level... In the end I was able to exchange the item.Just came, I'm not opening this one. I want it out of my site. One of worst purchases yet. Sorry.

Not so great for outdoor use
I guess I fall into the outdoor fitness category. I fly a sailplane, often at high altitude using oxygen. This monitor helps me to make sure that my O2 saturation remains high. I use it on my left hand because the sailplane is flown with your right hand. The biggest problem is that the display can't be read in sunlight, direct or indirect. It is completely washed out. The second problem is that although this product's image shows the display oriented for left hand use, my unit is oriented for right hand use. This means that on the left hand, the readout is upside down. In order to read it right side up you have to push the button twice which flips the display values. Every single time. These two facts make this device useless to me. Unfortunately, it's probably too late for me to return it as I bought it in January.I should note that the display is really nice, clear and bright if used indoors.

Ok but accuracy is questionable.
Accuracy is questionable. I turn it on it says my Oxygen is 97%. I turn it off then turn it back on it says my oxygen is 95%. It’s more of a general measurement, it doesn’t seem precise.

Not reliable for any actual use
These are trash. They do not work for patient with less than 95%

Good sat reader
This little guy is great. It feels like it is durable, and not made out of hollow cheap plastic. I get a quick and accurate response for O2 and Pulse. It was worth the few extra bucks, compared to the "cheapies" out there

Never fly without it
Love it. I fly pressurize and non pressurize aircrafts. I keep my O2 intake at bay with this little gadget. Easy to use and carry. Fun in the cabin as a great piece for conversation.
