I have used this product for years when my sinuses get really bad. I use Allegra and Flonase every day, but during Spring and Fall, I need something more. This fills the bill and I try to make sure I always have this in my medicine cabinet when I am desperate for relief. It usually does the trick. And helps when your sinuses won't let you get some sleep!

If you are feeling crummy and can't get the sleep you need, THIS is the answer. I swear bye it. It has never failed to help me to get the sleep needed to feel better.

Alka-Seltzer is the only product my family takes for colds at night but I couldn't find it anywhere in any stores near me anymore so I decided to check on Amazon and I am so happy they had it. This one gets 5 stars from me. love it.

These are the only thing that works to make me drowsy enough to go to sleep. Thx much for listing this product. For some reason I can’t find these in the stores/pharmacies.

Amazon cancelled my subscription, saying it wasn't available any longer. I believed them because no store has had it in stock for a long time. Went to Alka Seltzer website and clicked on button "Where to buy". Said Amazon was the only place. Clicked on the Amazon button and was able to buy it. I believe it is a third-party vendor and costs a lot more than what I usually pay. Sadly, it's one of the few things that helps me get any sleep. Sure hope manufacturer gets their act together soon.

these are the best for colds, always make sure these are available at home. they taste ok, they dissolve well. price is better than a lot of local pharmacy stores, i have found them for double the price locally. Recommend them to everyone

This cold medicine is good for me. Every time when I feel I will catch a cold I drink it, then I will never cold again. When the pill was put in a bowl of water , it looks like a magic activity. My children likes to watch it everytime.
