Absolutely beautiful! I am a practicing Buddhist and purchased this for my kneeling prostrations (bad ankle and knees). The thickness is perfect and don’t get me talking about the softness! This is one of my favorite items I have ever purchased from Amazon. I’m so happy I found this as I’ve been searching high and low. This prayer mat is so much prettier than the picture. I was afraid it would come looking overly bleached or artificial but it’s the most beautiful neutral color. It is soft and folds away easily. Can’t wait to make salah on it. 🤍

Not satisfied
Not as soft as expected. Moreover, you need to handle it carefully. I had another prayer rug, made in Turkey. I didn’t find any problem washing that with washing machine. But with this one, the delicate tassels made with yarn started to fall apart. I remembered to follow the instructions. After that, I airdried it.
