Bought this and unfortunately cannot return it. On first inspection it looks really nice. The wooden handle looks good however when I went to use it. The metal part might as well be made of plastic. It is very flimsy and it does not hold the razor blade well. The blade feels almost loose and scary to shave with. The blade also does not sit at the end so you cant detail with this. The blade sits about 0.5cm in from the edge so if you need to do fine detailing you cant. I will be looking for a replacement. Not worth the cost.

I tried many different shavettes and different blade holding methods. This Steel Slider insert method, where you slide the blade into the shavette is fantastic. The light weight of this shavette allows you to apply exactly the amount of pressure whilst rotating the blades angle. The shavette works with any double edged blade snapped in half, the slider insert actually has some excellent grooves which fit into the blades very well keeping a firm grip on the blades with both friction and the grooves. The shavette also has very useful indentations on the tang (end of the handle) which allows for extra grip when you have soapy wet fingers and you need to rotate the blades angle. Overall can't knock it, excellent product at a great price and it comes with a good pouch to carry it.

TRÈS déçus. En effet, le design est très classe et élégant. Mais il est beaucoup trop léger et pour la manipulation durant le rasage c’est une calamité. C’est plus un jouet. Pour ce qui est de la mise en place de la lame, c’est moins compliqué que je le pensais, mais soyez tout de même prudent. Je conseil plutôt, dans la même marque, le noir et doré. Mieux pour la prise en mains.

Rasoir moyen à la longue la vis sertie se desserre donc le manche s'enlève.
