It's a great product. However, delivery from Amazon at times is not great even though I pay for Prime. For this ordered the website claimed it had been delivered at the front door. I have lock gate, nothing was dropped at the front gate.. Driver left packages in the mail box which is fine but no way of knowing that. There was no picture of the package. The picture helps the customer know where the package is at. You the seller should make sure the driver takes a picture of where the package was left. I will continue buying this product regardless of the poor delivery from Amazon.

During my annual physical, this year, I told my doctor that I just felt run down, tired, and that everytime I finished my daily walking miles, or hills, I never had that great feeling one is supposed to feel after a workout. In fact, within a couple of hours, I felt absolutely drained, and exhausted. This has actually been going on for a few years. Sometimes, I would feel ok after one of these walks, but not too often. Drained and whipped was the norm. My doctor, after receiving my blood draw results, noticed my cobalamin (B12) levels were extremely low . I was given a B12 injection, and then three more during the next three weeks. I noticed the difference almost immediately, and after the injections, I started taking 5000 mcg . I have the energy I used to have, and look forward to my walks now, and no longer experience that drained/whipped feeling anymore. I now experience that "high" you're supposed to feel after a good workout. The taste, and sweetness of the tabs, no problem for me. The benefits surely outweigh the taste. I actually like the taste and sweetness. Interesting stuff to know: Men, after 50, typically lose the ability to absorb B12 from animal protein during the digestive process, or at least not the amounts of B12 as in earlier years. I don't eat a lot of meat, but I'm not a vegetarian, either. This B12 supplement has been exactly what I've been missing, and I'm so glad my doctor found out why I was so low on energy.

I can’t say it’s a bad product. It just didn’t work for me. It caused me to feel tired and my joints hurt really bad. If there is any synthetic ingredients this is why my body would react. I can’t see that I would react to natural ingredients. If it works for you great, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me.

my B-12 was 264 pg/mL which my doc said was low; after doing some comparing, and some review-reading, i started taking these, maybe 1-2 a week. my latest B-12 result was >1500 pg/mL, so... these work. i have to take them less often because my results should be around 270-870, and i'm double that, but the point is that these do the trick,... just have to work out the dosage frequency. maybe one every other week. Oh, and they taste great, and give you lots of energy! i suggest NOT taking them before bed, as you'll be up all night.

For the past several years I had been giving my autistic son MB12 shots. The shots had made a drastic change to his sleeping habits - combined with melotonin he is now falling asleep and staying asleep for approximately 8 to 9 hours per night. This compared to having trouble falling and staying asleep several nights a week. The shots were approx. $30/month (covered under insurance) and he needed to see the Dr. every 3 months to monitor the shot regimen. Expensive but the MB12 allowed everyone in the house to have a good nights sleep. Last fall I went to an autism conference and another mom told me about these and MB12 lollipops. Immediately I went home and found these on Amazon and have not looked back since. We are saving time and money. Now we don't need to go every 3 months to the "special" autism Doc for the shots Rx, and no need to special order and have the shots air shipped to us. I would highly recommend them to anyone taking the MB12 shots. Hopefully they work for others as good as they did for my son! These really are a great alternative to the MB12 shots that so many parents are giving their autistic children.
