Anolon 83868 Advanced 2n1 Dutch Oven, 2Piece, Bronze

I absolutely love Analon! Right after I bought this set, I accidently left the large pot on the stove (thought it was on med, was on high) and totally scorched to 1/2 an inch, a pot of sauerkraut and hamsteak! 😱😢. Amazingly, it cleaned up like a breeze! The pot never WARPED! 🤯 The nonstick coating is stained in about a four inch circle in the middle and I intend to contact the manufacturer to see if they have any suggestions to remove it. Otherwise, the pot doesn't smell and cooks just fine. Highly recommend.

My original Everyday Analon pan has been my favorite about 20 years now, I thought it was ruined when accidentally extremely overheated. Started trying to replace but it’s not sold anymore. What luck I was so happy to find this combo. Don’t need a Dutch Oven but Everyday pan is the lid. Crazy, it’s 1” smaller than my original but doesn’t matter. I can’t say enough good things about Anolon cookwear, it’s awesome easy to clean super to cook about anything in. Eggs turn out just the way you like, easy flip no stick. I love the two small handles. My old pan actually isn’t ruined just some discolored places & amazingly no peeling. Left on burner/it was smoking when I returned to kitchen as I could smell it. Thought my daughter was still in the kitchen while I went to start some laundry. OOPS! I always just wash by hand & dry. No food has ever stuck even sweet or caramelizing that it would need soaking or scrubbing. My 3 kids as teens used it all the time! I expect the same quality with my new pan. It’s been great so far. Looks and performs like my original. Couple months use now. Will update if any issues. Will add photos

This set is wonderful, in fact I purchased another one for my daughter in law. When she opened her gift and saw it, she was one happy lady because she loved my set.

I researched and bought several dutch ovens for my sourdough journey and I'm happy to report that this version worked the best! Using it in reverse - where the larger pot is on top and the "lid" is used for the base, gave my bread the right amount of heat and steam for my loaves. I can make boules (round) or batard (oval) loaves in this dutch oven and I get a great oven spring. It comes "treated" so I recommend a mild wash and no scrubbing. I also tested the smooth inner surface for anything to come off by seasoning the pots in the oven at 425 degrees for 1 hour. It's just perfect for breadmakers.

This pot is perfect! Easy clean up
