KPL 18 INCH Leather Briefcase Laptop Messenger bag best computer satchel Handmade Bags for men and women

This bag is brilliant! I've been using it about 4 months now, and it is a proper workhorse of a bag. On arrival, the bag was expertly packaged with great care and attention to detail! The leather did have a strong smell after unboxing. (I left it for a week or so on the coat rack and in/out of the boot of the car.) After that the more the bag was handled the better; and it now has that lovely leather smell.I'm using the bag daily for work. As a new bag, it was snug to fit in my mac, charger and my A4 diary. After using it for a few weeks, I could pack in just about anything! The leather has relaxed and the patina is developing lovely. At one point, I have fit my big A4 diary, an inch+ stack of children's books, a mac laptop, a thinkpad laptop, two ipads, and all the chargers. It was heavy to carry, but did the job... like I said it is a workhorse of a bag.The workmanship on the bag is excellent! The stitching is robust and the hardware used is solid. I have no doubt that this bag will be with me for years and years!I looked into the company, and the owner started out very near my own hometown. So to Komal, from one southern girl to another, go get 'em girl! And I will be recommending your company to many in the future! Diolch yn fawr!

I just received the satchel. Very well packed and protected. It comes in a cardboard box with brown paper for protection. When you get it out, the satchel is yet protected inside two plastic bag and one linen bag. I was very impressed by this. The metal bits (buckles etc) comes wrapped in protective-pad like paper and film.So in terms of delivery, 5 stars.The satchel itself looks fantastic. The stitching looks alright, good finished there. The leather has leathery smell although in my case, not too strong. The leather looks ok, not dry and bends perfectly without creating any crease. Some people said the leather is too thin, for me is ok. Looks sturdy enough to last under adverse weather conditions. The zips are working and in one piece although they do not look the best. The strap is, in my opinion, good size in length and width. It has a padded support that can be adjust so it always will be on your shoulder. The strap clasps/hooks look good and sturdy. I have read some people having problems with them, we will see. First impression: they look good.Overall quality 4.5 stars because I am not sure how long the zips will work correctly.The satchel is so spacious inside. There is a lot of space for books, pads, laptop and more. I can fit my 15.6" laptop, books, documents, stationary, etc. with no problem. The front pockets are small for these days smartphones, but still very useful to hold pens, pencils and things like that. Very functional.Size and storing space 5 stars.The vintage looks is very elegant and smart. Also is comfortable to carry (just carry it out around the house to test). The leather tone in my satchel is very similar to the one shown in the picture on Amazon, so very happy with this. With the passing of the time the leather will look even better.Design 5 starsI need to start using the satchel now on daily basis for work, we will see if it last for long. By the overall look of it, the satchel should last years. Fingers crossed.So far my satisfaction with this satchel is total.

Very good, smells of leather. Plenty of roomamd well made

As soon as I opened the packaging the room filled with that fantastic real leather smell.The bag was obviously packed with care and even came in its own pull cord protective cloth bag with all the buckles wrapped individually in foam.Great value for money you can tell its hand made, its looks stylish and I get great comments on it from my work colleagues.Lastly there was a personal note in the bag from the maker Komal, again showing the care that has gone into this which was hand signed and also gives you care instructions.Buckles and zips all work well and there are plenty pf pockets for books, your laptop and a tablet plus places for pens and paperwork.Top notch and recommended.

Arrived very quickly which I needed as my previous old briefcase finally died. As described, the leather is soft but sturdy and although the colour is a little 'red' at this stage I am assured the colour will soften with time and exposure.Very happy with quality and price. Thank you.

Very good quality with plenty of usable pockets and it looks great

Well packaged and presented, there is a standard new leather smell but it’s not overpowering. Seen a lot of reviews saying about a smell but it’s new leather so kind of expected.UPDATE: A day later and it has a very strong smell, it’s not the usual new leather smell, it’s smells like a goat! Currently have it wrapped in newspaper hoping to draw the smell out!Lots of space, lots of pockets - this is perfect work or city bag. Highly recommended and very much the classic satchel type bag. 5 stars

The bag is fine, it's not that well-made but is aimed at the cheap end of the market, design is good, looks ok. but the smell it gives off is terrible, I had to hang it in my green house for 4 weeks just to get rid of some of the smell, it still smells but getting better.Update, had to get rid of the bag, I found that the stale urine smell, it's a product of the tanning process Ihave since found out, never diminished to the extent I could use the bag, I threw it away in the end, after people at work were complaining of the smell when I tried to use it.
