iSmartShield Car Windshield Snow Cover with Storage Bag and Sticky Mat

Wind is the only problem with this windshield cover. I'm using it for the first time today (1-23-16) in the storm that's BLASTING Washington DC, Baltimore, etc. Except I'm in central Connecticut. We're only expecting about 6 inches. However, we have had sustained winds today of 15-20 mph. I looked outside a while ago, and the windshield cover had come loose from where the magnets held on to the hood of the car. It was still in place on top, because the wings are held tight inside the closed doors. This left the windshield wiper well exposed, which was the area I was particularly trying to cover. I brushed off the snow and put the cover back in place, but added a few refrigerator magnets. For future storms, I will buy several more strong magnets to be sure the cover stays put. The six magnets that come with the cover are definitely NOT strong enough for 20 mph wind.

Works really well on my Honda Pilot. It covers the windshield and the wipers blades. Easy installation with the magnets. Keeps the frost and snow away from the windshield. No need to scrape anymore. I put 4 stars only because it is hard to install in windy weather conditions.

I am not really wild about the way the flaps that go under the front doors. The first time I used them we had a night of snow and ice and rain. The flaps allowed water to get inside the doors and we had wet seats and floors.

Its ok big but not big enough for my 2007 oddessy. If its windy the magnets will come off.

I think once I Understand how to put it on correctly it's going to be super. ..I discovered later that it also had covers for the mirrors nice.

In the morning after a show all night, it much easier to get going when i dont have to take long to clear the snow!

I purchased this hoping it would fit my Mazda hybrid CX5. Not even close. Doesn't fit from the top of the windshield to the bottom (hits right above the top of the windshield wipers) and while the wings will tuck into the doors, the sides leave about an inch of the side of the windshield exposed. I'll bet it'd work great on a car it'll fit, but it definitely isn't a "universal" cover.

This item is great! It is very easy to put on and take off and it does keep all the leaves off of the windshield and away from where the hood meets the windshield area. That is the main reason that I purchased this. Well worth the money.
