I first bought this for myself but in a significantly higher dose. It worked SO WELL for me that after I researched kids taking them and saw its efficacy and positive results I bought Kat GABA in a much lower dose for my 8 year old who has been struggling to get to sleep at night. I give her one 25 mg tablet 30 minutes before bedtime. She has ADHD and especially at night when she lays down to to goto sleep her brain pops into overdrive taking sleep far away. This led to very difficult to wake up mornings and cranky days. The doctor had written a Rx for clonidine but I didn't want to give it to her plus when we tried it she woke up with extreme anxiety in the middle of the night. These have been a miracle for us. She gets to sleep easily (I give it to her 30 minutes before bed), she has a GREAT QUALITY of sleep and wakes RESTED and in GOOD SPIRTS. I wish I had discovered this years ago. This has been life changing for both of us. *Her only complaint is she doesn't like the flavor so instead of letting it melt in her mouth she swallows it.

I suffer from free floating anxiety and depression with obsessive thinking. I have been using this product daily for almost 2 years and it has helped tremendously. I can't imagine life without this product. If I forget to take this in the morning I find myself starting to dwell on negative thoughts or I start feeling anxious for no reason. I chew 2 of these supplements and they work very quickly to curb those thoughts and feelings so I can get on with my day. For me, this works better than prescription drugs and there are no side effects. Another plus is it's a pleasant tasting chewable tablet, which for me is easier than swallowing pills.

This is my favorite health supplement brand and I appreciate The effort to make a very healthy and useful product but the taste is awful with this. I wish they would have left out the b vitamins

The batch i received was manufactured 4 mos ago. These were recommended to me by a therapist. I took 2 but they wouldn't fully dissolve so i spit them in the trash. Something is definitely wrong. Amazon is allowing these people to sell vitamins without letting us return. I reached out to the company and am awaiting a response to see if this seller is authorized. I'm not taking this junk.

These are absolutely amazing! Anytime I feel stressed. I take one and it brings my levels down dramatically. This is my third bottle I have purchased. They do have an issue with absorbing moisture so I am working on trying to figure that part out. I do not recommend keeping them in humid room.

It is not strong to me, and the amount listed is small.
