Makes my sugar free flavored water even better!
This stuff is amazing! I add it to my sugar free flavored water and it gets slightly fizzy and so delicious. Also, haven't had heartburn since doing this, even if I eat late at night.

Found it!!!
I have been looking for this item for a friend for a while. She says it is the only thing that helps with her acid reflux and it tastes like lemon soda (yummy). The little Italian shop we use to get it from closed so we have been looking for it ever since. Someone suggested we look for it on Amazon and YEAH!!!! they had it. Glad to know there is another source for this.

OUTSTANDING!!!
Since I was a child there has always been that faithful blue bottle of Brioschi in our kitchen cabinet. When Brioschi disappeared I was frantic. What to do??? Fortunately I found Galeffi on Amazon and I can honestly say I will never, ever be without a bottle of this in my own cabinet. I also tried Craston which is equally as good and is also an excellent product but Galeffi is a little more lemony to me. Since it comes from straight from Italy and I'm Italian, I plan to stick with this - it' just a personal preference. It's not only delicious but works quickly at the first signs of indigestion, heartburn or upset stomach. This stuff is basically AMAZING. Yes it is a bit expensive but I buy it in the 3 pack and it is more than worth it. It's already been passed down to my son and hopefully to my grandchildren and on. It's an Italian thing I guess :-)

Fast acting refreshing taste check product upon arrival
Product works exceptionally well, fast and tastes refreshing. Packed in bubble wrap, however one bottle the lid popped off and air got to the product causing humidity to get in the jar- so make sure you unwrap and inspect right away.

Best product ever for stomach issues!
Taste great and stops stomach issues immediately. Italian friend says they use it all the time. Works immediately and I carry it with me in my purse. Instant relief and great flavor!

Pleasant sweet lemon effervescent digestive aide
This is a lightly flavored effervescent drink with an antacid similar to other alkaline drinks but without aspirin so it can be easier on the stomach. Contains sugar, sodium bicarbonate, malic acid, glucose syrup, natural flavor, dehydrated lemon juice, maltodextrin, alpha tochoferol, fd&c blue2 approximately. I use it if I get an overfull feeling or after a spicy meal as fast, good tasting relief.
