I have been using this brand for a year now. Love them. No harsh smell or chemicals. I have a heavy flow and the ones i purchased are the super , extra heavy long overnight, which work perfect. They cover a much larger area. No issues at all with irritation and they stay in place.

The material on these pads is extremely comfortable. I was previously wearing always extra heavy maxi overnight and the rael pads are WAY more comfortable against the skin. The Rael pads are also much longer. Like they literally take up my whole underwear. I’m going down one size to the regular overnight Rael pads because the extra long ones are a bit too much for me. They are so long they are hard to put in your underwear. I think the regular overnight ones which state they are 12.6” long will be perfect. So I have those ordered already. Literally after trying cotton pads I don’t think I will be able to go back to always. The absorption and cottony cover is so much better than the plastic feeling of always. I feel like with always the liquid just kinda sits on top of the pad but with rael the liquid soaks in immediately. The rael pads are also a perfect thickness- not too thick or thin. They also don’t bunch up or move. The always ones are extremely thick but the rael ones are still thick but slightly less bulky. I’m currently wearing the extra long overnight rael ones on my heaviest day and they have worked out absolutely perfectly! I feel super confident there would be no leaks. Like I stated I have the regular overnight ones coming today to wear from here on so I won’t have to fuss with the extra long ones barely fitting in my underwear. For reference I wear a size small or sometimes medium underwear. I’m sure the regular overnight size will be great and I’ll update if there’s any issues.

You know the gas station or discount store toilet paper that’s basically fit for art projects and cleaning counters and nothing else? Definitely not THIS else?That’s the spirit animal of pads by other common brands and I had no idea. These Real pads are the ultra rich person toilet paper version of pads. IYKYK.I seriously cannot believe I’ve been wearing anything else when I could have been wearing these. They feel as soft as part of your underwear on the sides that wrap around, and truly feel comfortable. There’s no plastic-like anything about them. They’re soft like fabric in all aspects, and effective. Buy them and never look back. Throw the grocery store big brand ones out, or use them as napkins and for cleaning projects in a feminine rage and let people stare or laugh. I’m kidding, but really, they were unfit for use by any living being and none of us knew it. Real is where it’s at and they feel like a luxury.

Holds in all the fluids no leakage covers all the bottom area so you don’t ruin your underwear feels cool and comfortable non toxic highly recommended

I really, really adore this brand. After using Rael for 2 years now I can finally leave a review. Always and Maxi (or any 'generic' store brand) were my staples but they left me with terrible allergic reactions. Switching to menstrual cups were difficult due to my low cervix and muscle spasms-so my doctor continued helping me look for alternatives that wouldn't break my bank but hopefully fit for me.This saint of a woman found and suggested Rael. The extra long overnights stay in place and absorb a LOT of blood between changes, and because they're made of cotton it doesn't turn into a sauna down there. I've had no allergic reactions (rashes/blisters/etc) in the time I've been using these and there is no smell since there are no harmful chemical formula. Rael is a solid line and I hope they never, ever change for the greed. 4/5 only because I wish the largest size had an even bigger count.

I hated all the pad options I had tried my first round of postpartum. I saw these on the internet and figured I would give them a shot. I won't use anything else now!They are soft, comfortable, and absorbent. They haven't irritated me at all, not even days after just giving birth. I will definitely be using Rael products from now for all future menstrual needs.

I will never go back to normal chemical filled pads after trying Rael. There is peace of mind knowing that this is a healthier, safer option for feminine hygiene. They are comfortable and soft, and I have not had any problems with absorbency. I was concerned that they wouldn't be as absorbent as mainstream brands and I'd have to use more than normal but these work so well that I think I've actually had to use fewer pads on a normal day. Love the different length options they offer. Only thing is that if you get sweaty, the "wings" won't stick well.
