Quarter Guitar Pick Handmade In America From Real USA Coin

I'm a newbie at guitar and have never used a metal and/or coin pick before. I got this one just to try it out. It's very well-made and sturdy and arrived much quicker than I thought it would. I don't use it much to play because it turns out I'm not that into the sound of a metal pick (yet!) but I'm keeping it as a curiosity since it's so well-made and beautiful.Very much recommend this product if you want to try it out or already love metal or coin picks. One thing -- it's more like a jazz-style pickup size-wise so be aware of that. No sharp edges at all, I might add, but very well-articulated.

I've tried several metal picks over the years and never found one I liked. I know Billy Gibbons used to favor a peso but those picks were two to three times the prices. I like Freddie King as well who was known for a metal pick. The older ones (coins) had silver content and some say this makes a difference in tone. I can't speak for this because I haven't experienced it yet but this pick is great. The size is right for me. The weight and embossing helps me hold it well. The edges have been well finished and tapered. It slides and picks smooth and clean,. This product took some effort to make and the price is justified. I'm sure some people feel they are paying too much for a quarter but I realized there's a lot more here. I'm impressed and will probably buy another for a spare. Be careful though when receiving . If you ordered additional items, its easy to miss this in the package and accidently toss.

i am amazed at the quality of the pick the shipping was really quick the real suprise was when i opened it and found an oklahoma pick haha im moving to oklahoma next month and had it sent to my girl friend it all so came with 2 high impact 1.2mm picks and a very nice velvet bag to hold the pick i love this product i was abit confused when i got a letter from florida labled as a gift for you haha

Good to look at it but not to play with it.

The pick itself looks really cool, it is a real quarter. I recieved an Iowa quarter, which was ironic. I just don't know how well it works for actual usage as I bought it as a gift for my brother.

Had to post review! Received this on time, and it is really nice! It was my 28 year old, guitar playing sons gift from "Santa" in his stocking. Very unique and he really liked it! Even though my kids are grown and married, I still like for "santa" to put a special gift in their stocking every year and this was perfect.
