I've only been taking these ketones for a couple days but I can already say, with confidence, this brand is far better than other brands of raspberry ketones I have tried out. And I have tried numerous different brands. I was introduced to raspberry ketones a couple years ago and have used them on and off since then. The first thing I noticed was when I opened the bottle there was a strong smell of raspberries. Others I have used didn’t small this amazing. I love that they don’t have any aftertaste either. All you do it take 1 capsule twice a day. I recommend once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Don’t take a pill too late because it can keep you up. I haven’t been using this product long but I have already lost weight! WHAT THAT’S CRAZY, but true. I would definitely recommend these ketones over any other brand. I'm used to a super strong smell of raspberries. This smelled lightly of them, but not overwhelming. THANK YOU!! There's no aftertaste either! It's very simple, take 1 capsule 2 times daily. With or without food. I've noticed an energy boost after taking a pill. Great for the morning! Be careful not to take one too late though or you'll be up past bedtime for sure.I can't say it suppresses appetite. I don't have a large appetite so if it did, I wouldn't notice. Especially when paired with garcinia cambigia. I can't honestly say which is suppressing.The fact that this is 3rd part tested adds extra confidence in the company. With so many brands in the market,it's hard to tell which ones are authentic and relying on reviews can be a gamble. A company willing to send it out for unbiased tests shows faith in their own product and concern for their customers.As stated originally, I've only taken this for about a week. Normally I'd wait to review a product like this but I found the immediate results interesting enough to share right away. I've plateaued on my weight. Losing extra has been very difficult. Within the first week, I've lost a pound. Just a pound but a pound I've been working for MONTHS to lose. I truly wasn't expecting a weight loss result, much less in the first week. I've been taking these for several weeks, and though I wouldn't tout them as any "miracle" weight loss pill I do believe that they have a good effect on me so far. I've struggled with my weight for several years and I've not been able to find much to help me lose it. With these, I've managed to lose a couple of pounds every few weeks. Nothing stellar, but from where I was a couple of months ago, gaining at a steady rate even while eating well, I would say it's pretty good. I've now been able to lose it slowly with just eating well and taking these pills.They are easy to take, and do not give me any adverse effects like other diet pills do like being jittery all day. These seem relatively mild compared to others.Take note that diet pills and supplements work differently on different people, so the affects I have had may not be the same as you will. So these are my new fave pills for losing weight. I like to eat and these have totally helped keep my appetite under control. I am pleased that there is no funky pill taste and no heart burn.
