If your looking for good air and not too loud to me these are ...
Ok so I have 4 of these Corsair AF fan in my pc and man i can say one thing they work. I tried Cooler master jetflo's and while yes they do push a lot of air they can be really noisy were as these at full are not as noisy. If your looking for good air and not too loud to me these are a good fit and good buy. I have the Corsair SP version of these in my front and on my Hyper 212 evo 2 of them on it and it still quieter then the stock cooler master that comes with it at full rpm. Please keep in mind the RPM are different and will mean you get more air flow from the Cooler Master ones but at the cost of more noise. Now you can not blame the fan if it is going at that RPM and it is pushing that much air. But to show you they work i have 4 Corsair SP fan 2 front 2 on cpu cooler and 4 as Corsair AF ones like these and my cpu idles at 34c and about 60c top when under full load. So that pretty good running BF4 listening to youtube and browsing at the same time for me. My i5 4690k is also OC to 4.6 and i get those temps, It defiantly keep my rig cool and i live in Florida were it is Humid and hot all the time... If you want a fan that pushes good air and is not "loud" then this is you fan and i definitely recommend them. If your looking for just how much air the fan pushes you probably should look somewhere else but like i said my temps are defiantly good on idle and under loud and my PC is quiet and i have my CPU OC.

Good performing fans at a Good price point.
I purchased and installed 3 of these fans to use as case fans in an older Lian Li computer case, and was pleasantly surprised, as the fans were relatively quiet and moved a decent amount of air through a couple of foam intake dust filters. I went with the SP model rather than the AF model due to the dust filter restriction, and the SP fans still move a lot of air. Buying these in the Twin Pack is pretty economical for a 120mm LED fan, and the fans felt relatively solid. I purchased 2 Twin Packs, and used 3 fans. I am keeping one fan for a possible spare. The blue LED color is a very nice shade, almost a Royal blue. The fans run smooth and vibration free. Keep in mind that these are 3 pin fans, and not the 4 pin PWM. The cables are a black ribbon type cable with no sleeves. These are not Noctua fans, but they do not have a Noctua price either. Excellent buy. Also, while the fans are listed as 1650 rpm on the Website, the actual packaging reflected a 1500 rpm spec. for the fans. The small difference did not matter to me, but it may matter to another possible buyer. Caveat Emptor.

Great for what I bought them for, excellent radiator fans!
These fans work very well for their intended purpose, being "Static Pressure" fans they are best served on radiators, which is what I have them on (I have one on each of my R9 295x2 radiators in a push configuration, with the radiator's stock fan as "pull"). These fans reduced load temperatures by about 3-5C, which for me going from 60-65C down to under 60C load in games was really nice, and they also make the cards cool off faster when going from load to idle on desktop. It used to take them several minutes (more than 4) to cool down, now it takes less than 2 minutes to go from full load temps to idling in the 29-34C range.Just don't buy these fans thinking they're "ideal" for something they're not made for. Static pressure is best designed to be used on radiators, CPU heatsinks & the like, they aren't intended to be case fans. If you want case fans, get the regular AF/SP fans, which are designed for more directed and/or quiet airflow.Note that while these fans aren't "loud" by any means, they're not as quiet as the SPs, which should be expected. Also, the green LED is a bit bright. It is a nice emerald green though, not the brighter lime green the packaging has on it, very medium green. So keep that in mind if you're shopping for a specific color.

You'll like this product
Being a novice first time builder I wasn't sure what brand fan to purchase and I had no idea of all the specifics you had to consider when it comes to fan speed, sound and light quality. Despite some of the other reviews about this product I purchased them anyways. First off the led is bright, the fans are very quiet and they do an exceptional job of keeping things running cool . I stream console gameplay at 720p 60 fps on twitch.tv and the temps are very cool. I would strongly recommend these fans.

Cool and quiet (as far as I can tell), for a great price. Look good to boot.
I have never bought PC fans by themselves (always bought cases with a lot of fans pre-installed), but I am very pleased with my first experience with Corsair's. The fans fit and look great in my Thermaltake Core X71 case. The LEDs are the perfect brightness: they shine clearly, but are not blinding. As far as noise and performance I have these things hooked up to a Thermaltake Commander fan controller. My build stays very cool, even under high load (usually under 35C, at least according to the Commander's thermometer that I placed in the case near the ram). As such I can say they definitely cool well but noise-wise I can't say for sure as they are normally operating at about 30-50% speed. All in all a great purchase, and I will be buying more to replace some of my older fans when they die.

Good, quiet, stylish fans
Bought 2 of these with white LEDs for the radiator on my new custom water loop and have another on the way (because I'm a dummy and didn't order enough). They run super quiet, push a good amount of air through my rad, and the white LEDs look super neat in my NZXT h440 case. My only complaint is that the LEDs have a sort of blue-ish hue to them, and they don't quite match the LEDs on my CPU water block.I didn't realize Corsair offered higher performance static pressure fans for a slight premium (without LEDs), or else I would have ordered those instead. The performance on these is nothing to scoff at, though. With just two on my 360mm radiator, I'm able to maintain temperatures sub 80 degree temperatures @4.5GHz on my i5 3570k. Hopefully I'll be able to do a little better after installing the third one.
