I have cancer and MS and have been using fisetin along with other flavanols and polyphenols as a component in an adjuvant cocktail designed to capitalise and amplify their combined senilytic, anti- inflammatory, neurotrophic and anti-neoplastic properties.

At 110 lbs, I take 1 1/2 gms fisetin with 1 gm quercetin in 1/2 tsp of unfiltered organic olive oil, first thing in the morning for 3 days, then skip it for 5 days, then back on it. I'm taking it to reduce pain & inflammation from being hit by a car. It works better than toradol, oral NSAIDS, tylenol, opiates, gabapentin, & CBD, without any side effects. It's hard to afford, but it's very effective. The Mayo Clinic is doing clinical trials to see if it's a senolytic for humans. I expect so, but even if it's just the best pain & inflammation treatment I have ever found, I'm taking it.

I'm 81 years old in a retirement home because of Aging memory loss, otherwise very healthy. I then followed up with the following question (which seems to have been deleted): Why will you not just honestly answer the question-What are the global ingredients that you reference on the label and where are they from? ... The ad and product label states: “made in america with global ingredients”-the seller has stated that the fisetin [the only ingredient] is from the USA. My question, which remains unanswered by the seller, is: What are the "global ingredients" that they refer to and where are they from? Also this seller states that the product is 'lab tested' but doesn't post any specific information about their testing.

I take 1000 mg for two days once a month. It’s the best two days of my month. My experiences lead me to believe Fisetin just attacks anything damaged and not just senescent cells. Don’t use on workout days. Rest days only. Literally the best money I’ve ever spent on a supplement

To me its just 40 bucks a month and that's not going to change my lifestyle; How can anyone say it does or doesn't work; A few tests on some mice? But I'm past the middle age segment of society and it looks promising so here goes. Have it on order once a month until I read it works or its snake oil.
