I’ve used this for years in a number of curries and desserts. It is a wonderful product but would prefer it to be ground a little finer for sweets

My family has an almond allergy so I bake with cashew flour whenever recipes call for blanched almond flour. Wellbee's cashew flour is excellent!! It is finely ground, which leads to a great texture, consistency, and moistness in foods. It works great in any recipe that uses almond flour. I recommend this product!Now, for the downside- $18/lb is just ridiculous! Trader Joe's stopped stocking cashew flour ($5 for a half-pound bag), so I turned to Amazon. Wellbee's is the only one that is sold on here. I'm not sure why there is such a limited market and why the price is so high, but I am grateful that I can get cashew flour to suit my family's health needs.

Many plant-based aka vegan recipes call for ground cashews particularly for making cheesy non-dairy substitutes. Sometimes the timely process of soaking and grinding your own precludes making the meal.Wellbee’s Cashew Flour is perfect for these recipes. Finely milled, healthy and easy to use.So far I’ve used for non-dairy “cashesse” sauce (mac & cheese) and mixed it in with pancake mix for extra flavor. Delicious.

Wonderfully roasted cashew flour, can add savoury and sweet flavor, that can be sprinkled on a wide variety of foods. Next I will try rolling fish filets or chicken cutlets, in cashew flour before panfrying. Plan on playing with whether I like the flavor combinations of butter, rice bran oil, or roasted peanut oil, to fry cashew flour rolled fish filets, or chicken. Love pecan meal added to stuffing, will try combining cashew flour into cottage cheese roast or stuffing. Mother enjoyed sprinkling cashew flour over buttered baked potato. Look forward to combining variety of foods with this luscious roasted cashew flavor.

The quality of this cashew flour is on point! Delicious. I could eat it by spoonfuls its so good lol. Perfect for indian masalas. Makes them thick and creamy. I use gram (chickpea) flour sometimes, but the flavor of cashew flour is winners. Give it a try!

Being gluten free and also not being able to have sugar and many sugar alternatives, regular bread crumbs are a big no for me (unless I make my own). I found this and have ordered it a few times now. I love it. The flavor is amazing and takes the place of not only bread crumbs but also I use it for a crust for cheesecake (can't have graham crackers). It's amazing stuff!

Beware, extremely costly for what you get. Not worth the money. For $19 a pound what a joke. I will never buy again.

Love the product. Only negative is that it’s a bit pricey.
