Have been using it for 2+ weeks and I’m satisfied with the product. Due to the cold weather, I do not usually sweat during my walks/runs. However, each time I have worn the vest, I've noticed a little bit of sweat around my waist and belly. It can trick you into believing you had a fire workout and might even motivate you to exercise frequently.I didn't find it uncomfortable to move around with it on. The material of the vest does not have a lot of stretch, but once it's on, it moves with your body without restricting your movements. Quality feels super nice and seems durable. Zipper moves smoothly.I am 5'2", waist 26 and hips 36. Small fit well around waist and belly but shoulder straps are loose. I wish the length was a bit shorter because it reaches past my hip bones and stops around tailbone so looks a bit weird under workout leggings.I am excited to keep using this to help me get rid of excess water. If you are physically active, I would recommend this product.

I ordered an XXL, I wasn't sure if it would fit perfectly, but it has. I have worn it a few times already and I must say, Ithink this is a solid investment if you want to maximize your workout results. It's comfortable, durable, and effective at promoting sweat and shedding excess water weight. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to step up their fitness game.

The product was a little big not by much but to be expected after wearing it for a weak during my morning workout it does produce and pulls the fluid from your body there was no smell and when washed on light cycle it held up pretty good definitely comfortable would I purchase again absolutely.

Ok so at first I didn’t think that I was going to sweat but baby when I put this vest on and started just walking around my house , I started sweating actually sweating around my stomach area and back. And OMG this vest is super comfortable. It was easy to put on and easy to zipping up . I also was going to get a medium but after looking at the size chart I went with a large and I am 173 lbs so Large was perfect for me. Very satisfied

I love how comfy it is and it does make you sweat! It fit perfectly and it came quick!

Maybe I should’ve ordered a smaller size I am 5’2 I have extra shoulder length when I put this on but I DO love it I wear it on every jog or whenever I workout I just hate the extra shoulder length. Also you will get realllllly sweaty. Thinking of ordering another later when I drop another size or two.

Order about 2 sizes bigger than your actual size because it runs really small

This sauna suit works so good. It heated me up instantly and I began to sweat as soon as I put it on, I would write this a number five because it definitely works. I got a 3X and I normally wear a large extra large.
