I've been a loyal Zojirushi water boiler user for years, and this is an excellent upgrade! I previously owned a model with 800W heating power, and this 1500W version is just as good, but even more powerful. It boils water significantly faster, which is incredibly convenient for my busy mornings. We absolutely love it! We hesitated due to the price, but are happy with the purchase. Easy to use, doesn't take up too much counter space and having hot water on demand is such a luxury!

At first I was skeptical and felt it didn't heat water that well. After just a couple of uses now everything is great and it's a wonderful addition to the house.

This is a time saving luxury worth its price. You can set the temperature of the water t at which you want it maintained. If you like your hot beverage at 195 degrees, hit the unlock button (childproof safety) then hit dispenser and it hits your cup, without waiting or wondering what temperature it is at. Lovely. Super high quality.

Have had one of these for years in the household. Then after I moved out on my own finally got one of my own for my hot tea. In the mornings just fill the tea pot with tea and water from the pot - so quick and easy to get my morning cup of tea. We also use it for making coffee in the coffee press. Can also be used for ramen. In the winter I turn the temperature of the water up so it is hotter than in the summer time (Arizona is hot in the summer). I still use it for hot drinks year round.

Must have for any hot beverage lover! So convenient!

We’ve tried so many kettles in the past few years, you name it. All of them die in a year or two with normal use.A more critical problem unsolved with kettle is you have to boil it every time you want warmer than room temperature. It takes time and makes water unhealthy for over boiling.We ended up with this which keeps the water at the desired temperature, it’s a game changer on how we drink water. I wish I had this a while back.The only complaint I have is the temperature cannot be customized, which is very disappointing. It should not be that hard to allow users to set any arbitrary temperature to keep with. The lowest temperature is too hot to drink directly. This is why I take one star off.

This is the 3rd one I bought, durable, boils water fast, no noise at all. very happy with it.
