These have been my go to since my rny bypass in 2023 .All my labs have always came back great. I started then right after my surgery and take them to this day and don't plan to change that. They are easy to swallow, don't make my stomach upset, very effective. I recommend them to any bariatric patient I come across thats looking for a good biotin vitamin. They don't have a bad after taste which is a plus. Great value for your money . Definitely helping my hair strength and grow back stronger.
