Misleading Ingredient Listing—Disappointed by the Subpar Forms of Magnesium & Zinc
I was excited to try this supplement based on the online product description, which clearly stated it contains “magnesium and zinc.” I assumed these would be high-quality forms like citrate or glycinate for magnesium, and potentially gluconate or citrate for zinc. However, when the product arrived and I checked the actual packaging, I saw it lists magnesium oxide and zinc oxide instead. These are inexpensive, poorly absorbed forms compared to other forms that offer better bioavailability and effectiveness—such as magnesium citrate, glycinate, or even aspartate, which are known to be more readily absorbed by the body Zinc oxide, while safe, is often less bioavailable than other zinc forms like gluconate or citrate It feels misleading that the online listing didn’t specify the precise forms, which matters greatly for supplement effectiveness. I expected better transparency from this brand. Overall, I’m disappointed and would caution buyers to check the ingredient forms carefully before purchasing.

Beneficial and effective
It has multiple purpose uses. I have used so many tablets and not found so much of effective as like this one . This is totally as per my expectations. It has different types of multivitamin and also ingredients which helps in to grow your hair , nails. It has not a good taste but yes , you can swallow it easily. I will stick to this supplement for better results and the best thing , it is made in india. I have not found any side effects till now.

I bought this yesterday eat one two capsules I did see any side effects. I think it's nice capsule and effective too. I will write review again if I found the good result and give 5 stars, if results not good then I give only one star. Thanks amezon for good packing and early delivery.
