Can you build a set or do you make a scissor staircase with the entry height being 7ft

You could try and buy two and put them together. You can remove and add steps easily. I don’t know how well they would hold up spanning 7’. You would probably have to add a brace in the center to keep them from sagging. As well as some kind of handrail. 7 feet is a long way to fall.

what is the weight limit for these steps

I would imagine at least 260 lbs.
