I don't usually write reviews but I felt like I needed to with these...I have a very nasty large scar on the side of my stomach from an emergency appendectomy that was reopened when I developed sepsis. This scar is only 13 months old and I am currently 8 months pregnant so has stretched considerably.I had never heard of these but thought I would give them a go and I love them! I wear them everyday then take them off at night to apply moisturiser. They stick very well and I have noticed considerable change in appearance after only one pack. The scar is much less raised and is getting paler. I also love the protection it gives, makes me feel like I have an extra layer of skin. Very impressed!

Not very sticky, but you can make these work for you. Someone in the reviews said that they found they weren’t sticky but effective, so they got something like dressing to secure it. You could easily do that. I have a keloid from a cartilage piercing I got at Claire’s with a piercing gun (I know, crunch crunch) but I was 15. It flares up every now and then, it is a little ball - roughly the size of the round part of a pin you put in a notice board. It doesn’t like being touched. I’m not sure how this occurred as I took very good care of my piercing despite it being with a piercing gun, but finallly decided to give these a try.Don’t cut the sheet to the literal size of your scar. Leave a few centimetres of leeway. At first I cut a round circle that didn’t stick to my ear keloid. Then, I cut a thin strip that hugs the keloid perfectly, then comes round to the front of the ear and sticks nicely to the skin and cartilage. It’s definitely gone down in size and the sheets aren’t that noticeable at all. I’ll keep updating if it manages to flatten it completely or any drastic changes.

I bought these to help heal a surgical scar. The scar was raised. I put them on as soon as the stitches were out. In just 3 weeks the difference is remarkable. I am still wearing them now. I take them off to shower and they are sticky when I put them back on. Don’t know how they work but they are doing wonders for flattening and lightening my scar

Easy to use. Had surgery several months ago, been using these patches since. Scar has healed totally flat, & fading really well. Surgeon recommended silicone scar sheets to me several years ago. They have really helped my surgery scars to fade. Excellent price for these silicone sheets. Can easily be cut to size & adhere really well.

I have a indented scar between my eyebrows following a bad skin scrape. I used the silicone sheets a month after the injury once scabbing fell off. It has improved the scar and skin around it. I can't wear the silicone sheet 24hrs as I work so I wear it when I get home and all through the night. I have been using it for 5 days. I tried the scar gel but it just made my skin red and inflamed. The sheet is very thin like a plaster, thicker silicone would be better. I also take collagen supplements with vitamin c so that might be helping also. I do recommend silicone sheets for all scars. The earlier used the better the result.

I bought these for a scar on my neck from eczema as I had heard great things about silcone plasters. I can see how they many work fine for some areas of the body but on my neck or perhaps places that move a lot, the plaster felt quite tight and uncomfortable when I moved. It also lost it's stickiness. I washed it as advised and used it a few times but I'm not sure if it really would last 2 weeks. Like I say maybe on other parts of the body it would be fine.

These scar plasters can be cut to any required size and unlike many other brands the stickiness of these silicone based sheets lasts a long time as they are quite sturdy and well made. I was very impressed by the quality of this product and it has improved an old keloid scar on my forearm. The price was excellent too at just under £10.
