These bookends are nice and sturdy, have decent weight to them so they hold up children's books quite well. The colors of the bookends are very vivid and are true to the picture shown online. The bottom is felt - would like product a bit better if the bottom had a no-slip surface, but because of the weight, they still work quite well.

These are perfect for the circus themed room, however, wish they were a little heavier to hold more books. As the picture shows, it only really hold about 4 books, but if your child is like mine, they have more than 4 books.
