Great for Just About Everything! (said the Ginger-Lover)
Super Ginger-y without the burn! This stuff is great for baking and for drink garnishes. I recently mixed it with turbinado sugar in a 1:4 ratio (because it's pretty strong) to sugar sand some home-made gummy candies. YUUUUUUUMMMMMM!

Just the right amount of ginger for the topping
This sugar is coarse, nice cookie type sugar, with ginger flavor. It is wonderful on scones or cookies. I am delighted to have found it.
