Best tablet! It's cheap, reliable,fast and the screen is huge. Although, it didn't come with the stylus. Definitely order a case and a screen protector for it as well the back side is slippery. Everything was a dream come true for an old tablet.

S4 is the best tablet in the current Samsung lineup. Before that I had Galaxy Tab S (circa 2014) and wouldn't buy a new one, but I accidentally dropped it and screen got cracked (tablet still working). Main advantage of S4 is AMOLED display (same as in 2014 Tab S), while the rest got inferior TFT. If you got used to the former you would hate latter. Initially I bought S6, but send it back after couple days of frustration. One more point to consider: since neither Galaxy tablets can be used "as is" without some kind of case, tablet's own weight is meaningless - you need to add weight of the case to understand what you'll be dealing with. And again, 2014 Tab S has a clear advantage: it has "snap" cover which is lighter, thinner and often more secure than other cases I've seen on the market (OEM "magnetic" book covers are POS). Don't know why Samsung abandoned "snap" solution, it was perfect. Overall: S4 is versatile and fits all my needs - the best you can buy. They really need to go back to Tab S...

Muy buena calidad,excelente estado muy buen funcionamiento , llego dias antes de la fecha prevista

Realmente tiene una pantalla espectacular, con unos colores alucinantes, en Youtube no reconoce el HDR. Pero no hace falta, en Netflix tampoco reconoce el HDR, pero igual no se necesita, tiene el certificado WIDEVINE L1 y reproduce en Full HD 4k, en PRIME VIDEO si reconoce el HDR, pero, en mi dispositivo se oscurece el video, asi que no recomiendo ver películas en HDR y también reproduce en Full HD y 4k, el sonido es muy bueno. En resumidas cuentas, para contenido multimedia es perfecta, para la escuela también es perfecta, con su pantalla dividida y ventanas emergentes , su lapiz es un complemento muy útil. Si se le agrega un raton y un teclado Bluetooth we potencia su utilidad, no me gustó que el desbloqueo por iris falsea mucho, así que yo la uso con patron y contraseña, también siento que la pila se descarga un poco mas rápido de lo "normal" , aguanta casi cuatro horas viendo películas con el brillo a full. Tardo cinco días en llegar a México, Cancún. Y esta bloqueada para usarse solo con T-Mobile, llegó con un cable usb genérico y un cargador original de Samsung, pero que no es de la tableta, pero cómo yo tengo cargadores rapidos de otros dispositivos de Samsung, con esos lo cargo y carga rapido, aproximadamente una hora y media. Cabe señalar que yo esperaba una tablet con algunos detalles, pero para mí sorpresa, llego sin ningún rasguño, y menos micro rasguños, nada, tiene apariencia de nunca ser usada, incluso el puerto usb de carga no tiene marcas, yo me atrevo a pensar son dispositivos nuevos no vendidos y son sacados de sus empaques para ser "rematados" como refurbished. En fin, una excelente compra. No puedo pedir mas por ridículo precio de $6500.00 pesos mexicanos, impuestos incluidos.

Tengo que decir que al principio tenía mis dudas ya que es la primera vez que compro un producto reacondicionado, pero que grata sorpresa me he llevado, no tengo quejas en ningún aspecto de la tablet, es como si estuviera completamente nueva, ningún rayón o golpe, la pantalla está intacta y se ve de diez, la calidad es indiscutible. El cristal de atrás está completamente impoluto, y la vida útil de la batería está más que perfecta, llegando a darme 11 horas de tiempo en pantalla. Algo muy importante para mí es que me vino con el lápiz, lo cual era una duda que tenía y que agradezco completamente. Funciona a la perfección y detecta sin mayores problemas los niveles de presión, me ha venido de maravilla para dibujar. La tablet no viene en la caja original pero eso no podría importarme menos, me llegó con el cargador y el lápiz y con eso estoy más que contento y satisfecho. Sencillamente me dejó un muy buen sabor de boca la experiencia de compra, totalmente recomendando.

This company advertised as excellent, it was not. I had easy to see ghost images of a time and temp app from a always on screen app. It should have been advertised as fair and stated that the screen has ghost image. Also it was sold for over 200.00 and not worth 50.00. with such bad imaging.

This tablet is great overall, with a sleek design and fast performance. The display quality is excellent too. However, it was disappointing that the S-Pen was missing from the package, misleading image? The tablet meets my expectations in terms of features, but not having the stylus is a letdown because i wanted the tablet mainly to take notes. I'm contacting the seller. Edit: The seller responded quickly and offered an $18 refund to purchase the S Pen. The customer service was excellent
