LimoStudio Camera Bracket Mount Heavy Duty Photography Video L-Bracket with Standard Flash Shoe Mounts, AGG1179

This is my first time investing in a flash bracket and I have been doing photography for 8+ years and I specialize in weddings so I bought a bracket to help take the weight off of my trigger and didn’t want to spend a whole lot if I didn’t need to necessarily but after buying this hunk of crap. I definitely will be investing more money into something of better quality. I put my flash on this and within the first five minutes my brand new flash that I bought fell from the top of it and crash down on the ground and thankfully it still works but that’s not the point. It’s so flimsy and flexible with just one flash sitting on top of it attached to my Nikon D750. The bottom screw that goes into the camera becomes loose all the time so you’re even risking a chance of your camera dropping from the bracket. I would definitely say do not buy this and less you’re putting a small camera on it or a very light weight things. Definitely do not use for a professional camera or any professional gear. Also not to mention the bar doesn’t stay tight so it constantly is moving around the camera. Just overall not a great product/design.

The media could not be loaded.  Excellent build quality and what I was looking for to add to the gimbal to add some shotgun mics and lighting.The purpose was to buy the bracket and use it on the smooth Q gimbal and other gimbals. The strong materials used is an excellent choice and do find myself asking this one questions, "Why such a cheap price for an excellent mount?" Really amazing and looking forward to updating this review after 14 days of usages. So far, i am very pleased with the product and will do a review on it for my channel as well.

I like the way its made. its heavy duty. i love all the mounts that it has its very versatile. im very happy with the camera bracket."update" i just bought another one for my other camera rig. i love this bracket.

Starting out with a video recording kit, I got a Smooth Q from Zhiyun and wanted something to add a Rode mic and improve audio quality. The Smooth Q has a few other accessories that would do this, but I was looking for something a bit less more portable for semi-pro use.After a bit of research this was just what I was looking for. Threads right onto the bottom of the Smooth Q for a good fit, the side grip gives you added stability while shooting video, and the cold shoe mount takes the Video Micro perfectly in 2 different configurations.Sturdy and easy to use. An excellent value for any camera persons kit.

I probably could have gone less fancy, but it's a good mountSo if you happen to have a gimbal and ext. mic like me, you know you need someway to connect the two seamlessly. Enter the bracket mount. What makes this unique is there are three placement areas for your mic, flash, or whatever. For my purposes I only needed one placement but having the other two might be useful one day. Simple to setup and remove. Sturdy. My only caveat is if you have a large phone it may dictate where you put your peripherals

This bracket is great. I am using it with a really heavy two 970 battery powered LED light on an extension and it is holding firm. I added a second light of the same size and the camera was too heavy for my application but this bracket held up to that abuse. I did have to bend the angle a bit with a crescent wrench so the top was level. The top plate was about 5 degrees off making the light lean a bit. After the small adjustment I am very happy with it. Each of the dove tail cold shoe adapters are standard quarter inch mount screws so I attached my light that way with an adapter Spigot Stud and a Umbrella Softbox Flash Bracket Adapter that has a 180 degree adjustment hinge so I can angle the light. So much better than the others I have tried.I am really pleased with the build on this and am thinking of getting 3 more for the other cameras we use on shoots.

I purchased this in order to mount dual external flashes to my Nikon camera. The three mounting options are nice as is the ability to mount using a shoe or a standard 1/4" screw (like tripods have). The handle fits my hand well and the rubber on the bottom protects the camera's base. It does get a little hard to tighten the flashes down so they won't swivel when you set it down. I may use a couple rubber pads I have from my GoPro knock off that will keep it from slipping. If it came with a couple of those, I'd have given it 5 stars.

So I've completely stripped out the mounting points in my camera due to the way this bracket mounts to a tripod. I've removed it from the tripod twice and while placing it back on I wound up stripping out the mounts. It is fairly sturdy, but with all mounting points in use it is also fairly unstable.For what it is, it is decent. Just be warned that you need to be very careful when attaching or detaching devices and mounting to tripods. Luckily the little mounting screws are TINY and I am still able to mount my camera safely directly to the tripod....just can't use this bracket anymore.
