Definitely increases heat and enjoyed that it kept the sweat inside and not outside. Like being in a wet suit that you can work out in.

It was suggested that I buy the medium, should've gone with the small as It fits "too comfortable". But it definitely works as advertised, heats up your core and makes you sweat profusely. Will use it and probably get the small once this one fits me loosely.

Excellent garment if you need the extra sweating and compression. Worth every dollar!

Great for the sweating aspect, but I would never wear it under a shirt. I typically only wear it while I work out.
