Value for money good product
Very good and easy to use, little bit noisy but about the same noise as a vacuum cleaner good coverage when spraying emulsion on walls, easy to clean the spray gun, much better than the traditional paint roller and brush

Very easy to use
Was able to use it straight out the box, very easy to use, easy to clean and did the job. Much faster than using a roller and brush

Good for price
Used to emulsion ceiling and walls in a 5m x5.5m ply lined gym. After a bit of practice a good finish is achievable and uses much less paint than other methods. It’s also much faster. Only downside is when spraying overhead container needs to be fairly full to avoid splatter due to angle. A second container with lid would have been useful to store thinned paint between coats. Overall pretty good for the price.

Good quality
Haven’t used yet due to the unfortunate Scottish spring weather! Appears to be of sturdy quality and good power output when plugged in.I’ll return and update this review on first use (which hopefully won’t be too long!)

Excellent product but follow the instructions
Having read the reviews it seemed like most of the poor reviews were from people that had not followed the instructions on paint thinning and product cleaning. The spray gun was very easy to set up and use. It performed efficiently and gave a very smooth coverage with emulsion paint on the ceiling and decorative architrave. Be patient and make sure that you dilute the paint correctly. Also on complex surfaces spray multiple coats from different angles letting the paint dry in between each coat to avoid drips etc.I am very please to add this tool to my DIY collection.

Loud and uneven
Have used twice for wall and ceiling, here is my feedback:Powerful but too loud, you MUST thin down the paint, even I have thinned the paint, I still have to clean and unblock the nozzle during the job, heavy with loaded paint for a lady, particularly when painting ceiling, you need to angled the machine with half or less paint in the jar, it won’t spill the paint, need to find right angle for ceiling. I had to use roller at the end.Good thing is easy to clean the device, paint well for the corners no brush marksGood for paint an empty room from scratch, otherwise cover everything tightly

Great spray gun
This sprayer was great value for money. I used it paint my entire hall, which if I had done with rollers would have taken me ages.Pros:- It's also very economical compared to rollers. With a roller there is a lot of wasted paint stuck in a roller or on the tray, or dripped away. The spray eliminates a lot of mess.- It dries very quickly, so you can do multiple coats without much waiting.- It is great for getting in hard to reach places. The position of my stair banister would have been especially difficult to paint behind with a roller, brush or pads. But I was able to mask the banister and spray between and behind with ease.- Very easy to clean. I was really surprised how easy it was, just 5 minutes after use, and it's ready to go for next time. Rollers and paint trays are awful to wash and need time to dry, then you can pack them away.- There are lots of spare parts too if you need to change the seals or the spray nozzle. I haven't needed to yet, and I have covered a large area.- It was easy to get my paint to the right thickness using the drip test cup. The standard B&Q matt paint I was using was 4 parts paint to 1 part water. No issues with clogging or dripping.Negatives:- After extended use the trigger did rub on my knuckle causing a blister. May have just been my grip though.- You have to mask everything, this will take a lot of time, especially compared to using rollers, but you save this time in not having to wait to for coats to dry. If you have a lot of doorways you'll probably spent more time masking up than painting - but it's worth it.- If you are using a light colour on an already light wall, it can be difficult to see the spray landing, compared to rollers because the spray is a fine mist, so it takes some getting used to initially, but that's just a learning curve for a paint sprayer and not a negative for this product.Overall:Once you get used to the sprayer it's a great tool. I am looking forward to the next room. Highly recommended. The paint will atomise into the air and travel, ensure you close doors to rooms you are not painting. Otherwise you'll end up with a lot of cleaning. And wear a mask and eye protection, at times I forgot, and I could see it in my nose, on my teeth at the back of my throat - probably not a smart move.
